The name Vashirayan means nothing to most.
It doesn’t trend. It doesn’t hold office.
But in rooms where wars are decided, it means one thing:
Stay quiet. Or disappear.
Across the world, they are known by many names:
The House of the Sage.
The Crownless Kings.
Hi no Michibiki — “Guided by Fire.”
La Sombra Serena — “The Serene Shadow.”
The Ones Who Don’t Knock.
Each name different.
Each name earned.
Each name spoken only once.
House of the Sage is a modern myth-thriller—where ancient bloodlines shape new empires, and a silent war simmers beneath elite society.
At its center: Nivrit Vashirayan—a quiet graduate student with a calm voice, brilliant mind… and a terrifying inheritance.
He was raised to disappear into normal life.
But some bloodlines don’t go quiet forever.
When Niv steps into view—just once, just enough—it’s felt everywhere.
Cartels hesitate.
Private guards get reassigned.
Old families reopen dossiers sealed in fireproof cabinets.
Because the Vashirayans never announce themselves.
But the world always feels it when they move.
The premise is way different than what I have seen so far. The way the author is building the world is quite unique. The way the chapters are going really feel like a movie unravelling before my eyes. It is definitely worth the read. The author seems to update it frequently too
This story is amazing. It just keeps getting better and better, building as the chapter goes. The characters and interactions are designed beautifully. Can't wait to see what comes next
Hey guys! Author here. This is my first work, and I'd love to hear what you guys think. More content is coming very soon, so stay tuned!
