Final Chapter 34: Rise of the Crimson King

Same Time — College Front (Sitler)

Sora was barely dodging the demon beast elephant's attacks. Its trunk lashed out like a whip, shattering the concrete around her as she weaved left and right, narrowly avoiding death with each swing. Frustration etched into her face.

Then, four Rank 3 demons appeared behind her, claws raised.

Ainz, still fighting off a horde of Rank 4 demons nearby, couldn't assist.

Many Demons are trying to destroy Ain's armor, he is barely and luckily dodging those attacks.

Sora muttered, "Of course, they'd come now…"

She gritted her teeth and retaliated. She slashed the elephant across the side of its face, causing of pain he scream and reel back in pain, buying her time to engage the Rank 3s. She lunged, cutting one down—three left.

But the elephant returned, trunk swinging with full force, just as another Rank 3 moved to stab her from behind, his cover himself with his swords.

A blur.

A slash.

The elephant roared, its trunk split open by a glowing blade. Noar landed in front of Sora.

"We're even now," he said, grinning. "You saved me once, and now I've saved you."

Sora grinned back. "Fine, fine. But I'm still ahead."

Noar nodded toward the remaining demons. "You handle your beast. I'll take care of these Rank 3s."

Sora jumped back onto the elephant's trunk. Her blades moved with surgical precision—five rapid slashes, and the beast's trunk was severed. She landed on its back as it shrieked and rampaged through the wreckage.

Meanwhile, Noar moved like death itself. One by one, the Rank 3s fell—heads landing before their bodies.

Sora, still atop the elephant, drove her sword into its skull, but it resisted.

"OSAI," she called. "A little voltage, please."

A drone flew in and latched onto her blade. It hummed with power. With a final thrust, she impaled the elephant again. Electricity surged, and the beast collapsed.

Noar landed beside her. "That's the last one, Right?"

Sora counted on her fingers and smiled. "Kangaroo, ox, gorilla, chimpanzee, elephant… yeah, I guess I cleared the set."

Noar sighs and asked, "and what about Rank 3s, how much you killed?"

Sora sighs," Seriosly, you know I am bad at counting in middle of battle, but I guess I cleared at least 40-50."

Ainz was struggling nearby, armor dented and overloaded. Rank 5 demons clung to him like ants, climbing, slashing.

"Uhh, guys, if you done your chit-chat, can I get a little help?!" he shouted. "Ahh… My arm's about to snap off!"

Noar said casually, "Hold on. We're counting the Demons."

"Seriously?!"

Sora finally sighed, sprinted, and leapt—slicing through fifteen demons and… Ainz's robotic arm.

Ainz stared. "Did you seriously cut off my arm?!"

"It's not your real one. Stop whining."

Noar chuckled. "Okay, enough, now they are just some weaklings. Sora, take the Rank 4s. Ainz, you and I handle the Rank 5s."

Sora rolled her shoulders. "Weaklings. I'll be done in five."

At the Rear Field — College Grounds

Arsh walked through shadow and ruin. Red eyes glowing. Power humming in his every step. Demons swarmed him, but he was faster now—untouchable. He moved like the wind, each dodge effortless.

Greed vanished again, trying to flank him.

But Arsh anticipated it. He dodged the attack, and Greed's blade instead slashed Gluttony's ear. Gluttony howled.

"Sorry! I was aiming for him!" Greed growled.

Greed said: He is a way more powerful now, we have to head to the plan B.

Gluttony cursed, throwing smoke bombs that clouded the battlefield.

"We trained in this stuff for years," Gluttony muttered. "And this isn't just smoke—it's poison."

OSAI deployed a gas mask to Luna. "Please wear this. The gas is toxic."

Luna hesitated. "What about Arsh?"

"He can withstand it. If not, Ragnarok will clear it, in some slashes and Arsh knows that."

Within the smoke, Arsh closed his eyes.

He listened.

He felt.

Greed came in with a sneak attack. Arsh intercepted with his axe, flipped, and retaliated—cutting Greed's arm.

Gluttony dove from above. Arsh dodged again, eyes still closed. Blood dripped from his wounds, but his senses stayed sharp.

Gluttony tried again with his full force, Arsh, disappeared and two slashes and deep wounds on his back.

Greed charged once more, but Arsh met him with a brutal slash that severed Greed's arm completely.

"Looks like your trick backfired," Arsh muttered. "Let me clear the field to make it more easy for you."

He unleashed a flurry of slashes. Wind screamed. Smoke dispersed.

Greed screamed, staggering.

Gluttony looked on in horror but came forward, they both breathing heavily. "We… we can't win, he is a way too powerful, you have to run."

"I can't, not because I care about you, but because I know he will kill you in instant and then he'll kill me next," Greed replied. "I'm not running. I'll die fighting."

They both saw Arsh, Arsh is barely standing, his breaths gone heavy, blood is shivering from his hand and back.

Greed sighs," We still have a chance, he is almost about his limits, we have to use our best moves."

They charged together. Arsh vanished—then reappeared behind them.

In a moment, Greed's head hit the ground.

Gluttony got raged, He attacks on him with his full powers, Again, again and again and said loudly: I will take the revenge of my brother, for sure.

Gluttony jumped and attacks on Arsh from Arsh with his full speed and power.

Arsh parry that attack with his axe and in next slash he charged on Gluttony's head.

Arsh used his full strength and cut down his head in instant.

Gluttony's head hit the ground.

Arsh said in Air, "This kind of Revenge talks didn't suits on Demons like you."

He Landed and up his hand to give victory pose.

He starts walking towards Luna, then he ordered in a low tone: OSAI, please take care of everything, I need a little nap.

He collapse in Luna's arms

Across the world, cheers erupted. Rose jumped in celebration. the whole world celebrating, lighting fireworks, drinking and laughing together.

College Front (Sitler)

Sora stretched. "Done. How long did it take you, Ainz?"

"Hey, I'm new to this armor, okay?!"

"You're lucky Arsh built it in time."

"Yeah, well, maybe I should've trained in it first."

"You should be thanking him," Noar chimed in.

Then came OSAI's voice: "Lord Arsh has defeated both commanders, but he collapsed."

All three ran.

Main Battlefield

They arrived to see Luna cradling Arsh in her arms.

Luna stared at Ainz. "You knew he was Azura all along?"

"Not at first. But he saved me. I became his student."

Noar gently lifted Arsh. "We need to get him medical care."

"Where? Everything's destroyed."

"Don't worry, I planned that already," OSAI said.

A massive jet descended. An old man comes from the jet,

Sora and Noar bowed at that old man and said:" Good to see you here, Dr. Gray."

Dr. Gray, stare at their condition "What are you staring at? Get Lord Arsh inside."

OSAI informed Ainz and Luna, "The whole jet is a flying/moving hospital, even we can do many critical operations in it."

After some time

Inside the Jet hospital, Arsh was stabilized.

Dr. Gray emerged, wiping his hands. "I've done stitches, don't worry, He's fine. Just exhausted. He'll recover, He is a way more powerful than we can even imagine."

In the Nether

Arsh opened his eyes.

"Where I am? Is this place "Hell".

Lava surrounded him. Demons wandered in their true forms—horns, wings, monstrous faces. But they didn't see him.

He blinked.

A palace.

A throne.

A man—no, a demon—sat calmly, wings folded, hair like shadows, face almost… human.

Crimson eyes opened. "So. You killed Greed and Gluttony too."

Arsh stepped closer. "You can see me?"

"No. I sense you. I can't see or hear you. But I know you're here… Human King Arsh."

Arsh swallowed.

He's calm. Still smiling. I've ruined everything… and he's not even angry. This presence, There no doubt, He is "The Demon King Doom."

Doom stood.

Arsh tensed.

"Relax," Doom said. "Just a warning: There are many other Demons in your world. Powerful as commanders. They are Rebels. We call them Archdemons. Even I can't control them. Protect my vessel… they don't want him, they want to kill him."

Darkness swallowed Arsh.

Next Morning — Medical Aircraft

Arsh woke up, sighs and scanned the place.

"OSAI… how long, I am on this bed?"

"Thirty hours, sir."

"Where are we?"

"Still in Sitler. Your allies are helping rebuild."

Dr. Gray entered, smiling. "Welcome back, Lord Arsh."

"Stop bowing, Gray. You're too old for that."

"I do it because I want to."

Ainz, Sora, Noar rushed in.

"Morning, my lord!"

Arsh chuckled. "Ainz, what's with the formality?"

"Azura's my friend. Arsh is my king."

"Where's Luna?"

"Probably still catching up. She's human, there is no way he can catch our speed?"

Luna entered, ran to him, and hugged him tightly.

"My stitches…" Arsh chuckled.

She blushed and stepped back. "S-sorry, my lord."

"OSAI, bring Zeno 87. Ainz, help me up."

"But you need rest," Dr. Gray said.

"Just a bit of air."

Outside, the giant mech Zeno raised them high. Arsh sat atop its shoulder, overlooking Sitler.

The city was in ruins—but it was rebuilding.

Drones and workers labored side by side.

Arsh inhaled deeply, the wind washing over his tired body.

And he smiled.
