Chapter 113: More Saiyans

At the border between the Eastern and Northern galaxies, a spaceship streaked through interstellar space at high speed, headed toward a massive planet.

In the vast darkness, stars exuded a faint light, like gemstones scattered across a black ocean, displaying a mesmerizing charm in the quiet, endless expanse.

Inside the circular spacecraft, Raditz rested peacefully in a semi-reclined position. Jaco's voice came through the communicator, "This time the information is absolutely correct. I was careless last time, but I've triple-checked everything now."

"I hope so. I don't want to make another wasted trip," Raditz replied wearily.

His tone revealed a trace of fatigue. In his quest to find other lost Saiyans scattered throughout the universe, he had traveled to countless planets, far and near, but the results were disappointing.

Besides Tarble, he had found only two young Saiyan fighters.

And even that information had come from Jaco.

Since successfully arresting Abo and Kado, Jaco had been greatly rewarded by Galactic Patrol Headquarters. His status had risen dramatically—rumor had it he even had a new girlfriend. People who had previously ignored him now showed him kindness, and Jaco had become quite popular.

Naturally, Jaco's authority had increased substantially, allowing him to provide Raditz with information about Saiyans. But only one or two tips out of ten proved accurate, leaving Raditz wondering whether he should trust him at all.

In truth, quite a few Saiyans had been exiled over the years, but within a limited scope—almost all sent to remote areas of the Northern Galaxy.

However, many Saiyans weren't powerful fighters in their youth and would be killed by the natives of various planets. Those who survived were already a minority, and those who had managed to stay alive until now—and could be found by Raditz—were even rarer.

Whether the information was reliable or not, Raditz kept planet-hopping with the mindset that he'd rather chase false leads than miss a genuine opportunity.

"This is the border between the Eastern and Northern galaxies. Any Saiyans sent here really drew the short straw," Raditz remarked as he observed the planet through the spacecraft window.

By now, the automatic landing system had activated, rushing toward the planet's surface.

The spaceship pierced through the clouds and atmosphere, trailing a long stream of flames as it plummeted toward the ground. After a heavy impact with a thunderous BOOM, the ground trembled, and thick smoke rose from the crater.

Raditz opened the hatch and flew into the air.

Under the scorching sun, the land was cracked and trees wilted. The high-temperature air felt like being in an oven. When the wind blew past, it seemed as if countless hot pebbles scraped against his skin.

"What's wrong with this planet? It looks like it's been dry for ages. This heat is unbearable. What kind of creature could possibly survive in this environment?" Raditz was already drenched in sweat after just moments outside. His black windbreaker absorbed heat easily, making his back feel like it was on fire.

Jaco chimed in with an explanation: "This planet has short nights and long days, subjecting it to high temperatures for extended periods. The climate is extremely dry. The primitive groups living here are all low-intelligence life forms, and the vegetation is drought-resistant."

"Low-intelligence life forms are easy to eliminate, but a planet like this can't be worth much, right? Would there really be Saiyans here?" Raditz frowned, clearly expressing doubts about Jaco's information again.

"Ahem! It took considerable effort to obtain this intelligence, and I guarantee it's accurate!"

"Alright, alright. I'll call you back later."

Raditz turned off the communicator, removed his windbreaker, and stood in just a T-shirt. The long hair on his back still trapped heat against his skin. For the first time, he felt having long hair was a curse...

"Let's see if there are any living organisms first." Raditz scanned the planet and his disappointed expression suddenly brightened.

There was actually abundant life on this planet! Moreover, their energy signatures were concentrated in one location, like pack animals. Among them was an outstanding energy—at least 800 in power level—and most importantly, it felt like a Saiyan!

Raditz was overjoyed, thinking that Jaco had finally come through for him.

As he prepared to teleport, he sensed energy being focused—and he was the target.

"Interesting. Can this person sense energy too?"

Since they were coming to him anyway, Raditz simply saved his energy and sat quietly in the shade of a tree, waiting for their arrival. After a while, a flash of light streaked across the sky, landing with a thud before dissipating—and suddenly, someone was standing right in front of him.

To Raditz's surprise, it was a female Saiyan. She was tall and slender, her figure accentuated by her tight battle suit. The armor curved over her high chest, while her straight posture and narrow waist made his heart race. Her long, powerful legs were particularly striking—definitely a warrior's build.

Her long black hair cascaded down her back, and her eyebrows revealed the unique fortitude of a Saiyan. Yet her thin brows and long eyelashes gave her a certain gentleness, while her delicate lips looked soft and tender, making it difficult for Raditz to maintain his composure.

Saiyan battle armor was certainly flattering, and whoever designed these uniforms knew exactly what they were doing.

Raditz nodded appreciatively as he looked the Saiyan up and down, noticing the most obvious sign of her heritage—the tail.

"Who are you?" the female Saiyan asked warily, her face slightly flushed.

"You should recognize this, right?" Raditz flicked the long tail wrapped around his waist. "My name is Raditz, and I'm a Saiyan just like you."

The female Saiyan looked stunned. Raditz's sudden appearance had clearly caught her off guard.

"I think he's a pervert!" Another voice came from behind, startling Raditz. Someone else who could mask their energy! This planet had more than one powerful fighter.

He turned around to see another Saiyan who looked remarkably similar to the first, except with a more aggressive demeanor and darker skin.

"Sister Pepara!"

"Zucara, this guy was checking you out with bad intentions. Be careful." The second female Saiyan spoke coldly, her face like ice.

So they were sisters—no wonder they looked so similar. Calling his glance "bad intentions" might be a stretch; he was merely appreciating what he saw.

Raditz waved his hand dismissively. "I'm not a bad person. I just came to talk with you both."

"You're also a Saiyan... I see. Because we didn't wipe out the inhabitants of this planet, we're going to be punished?" Pepara said firmly.

They had been sent to remote planets due to their low combat ratings at birth. It seemed that Saiyans born with less fighting potential had milder temperaments. The two sisters hadn't destroyed this world but had instead befriended the local aliens.

They had even helped the natives fight for justice, defending against many outside enemies. Raditz's appearance made them suspect that other Saiyans had discovered this and come to punish them.

"No, no, you've got it all wrong."

"We've decided not to carry out missions for King Vegeta, and we'll never give in," Pepara declared loudly, ignoring Raditz's words completely.

Where did she think she was? King Vegeta had long since been reduced to ashes. If he had a grave, the grass growing on it would be taller than she was by now. The information here must be completely cut off. After the Saiyan genocide, whoever was in charge of this region had disappeared, leaving them isolated with no knowledge of the outside world.

Raditz could only explain the situation himself: "Don't get excited. King Vegeta and Planet Vegeta have been reduced to ashes. There are no more conquest missions and no one to punish you."

"They're all... gone?" The two sisters were shocked by the terrible news.

"Yes. There aren't many Saiyans left, which is why I'm searching for survivors throughout the universe—to gather everyone together. So no, this is completely different from what you're thinking."

The two sisters seemed to accept this and nodded.

After a moment, however, Pepara shook her head again, fixing Raditz with piercing eyes: "But you're still a pervert!"
