Takumi shut off the space portal and immediately began complaining.
"How does that old hag manage to stick her head out like that without getting sore? And she's just sitting there in the gap between dimensions?"
Having mimicked Yukari Yakumo's style, Takumi was now speechless.
It looked so cool from the outside, but from this end—it was just plain awkward.
"What strange thing are you doing?"
Bronya's voice suddenly rang out.
She had witnessed the entire thing from start to finish and was thoroughly unimpressed.
What in the world was Takumi up to now?
Hearing her voice, Takumi stiffened.
"Nothing at all!"
He quickly straightened his expression.
Bronya looked at him, her face skeptical.
Red bean paste?
"Don't ask. Just assume I'm sick."
Takumi rolled his eyes, unwilling to elaborate further.
"Takumi, I'm here~!"
At that moment, Kaguya's voice came from outside as she walked in.
The moment she heard about the dinner gathering, she had rushed over.
"Why'd you come so early? It hasn't even started."
Food wasn't ready yet, after all.
"Can't I just come over to hang out?"
Kaguya was instantly displeased.
It was as if she wasn't welcome.
"Fine, fine. Still weird though, seeing you come here instead of playing games."
Kaguya, not holed up gaming but actually coming in person—something felt off.
"Games are boring now. I've played everything. When are you giving me something new? I paused time before and played through every game."
She had seriously binged through the entire gaming library.
She'd been at it for years—even died from overplaying a few times.
She was kind of amazing.
Takumi could only stare at her speechlessly.
Well, that's Kaguya for you.
"Next time, for sure!"
Kaguya pouted.
"Whatever. When are you moving Liyue here? That old man should be ready by now, right? Liyue Harbor seems pretty much built."
She dropped the topic and asked something else.
Liyue Harbor was basically finished.
Keqing had already completed all the renovations, and they had even started replicating other landmarks.
The foundational work was pretty much done.
So when was Takumi going to move the whole city?
"Yeah... I've seen stuff about it online. A lot of people are curious about this newly built city."
Bronya chimed in.
She, too, had seen the discussions circulating online. Since she was always browsing the web, she was aware of the buzz.
Liyue Harbor was ready.
"That's up to the old man. He'll decide when it's time. Probably not in a rush. And even if they move, it'll happen in batches."
Takumi shrugged.
He wasn't too concerned. When the time came, Zhongli would contact him.
"But the old man doesn't have anyone to notify him, does he? Shouldn't you tell him? He might not even know it's ready."
Bronya gave Takumi a meaningful look.
No one had informed Zhongli yet.
He probably didn't know Liyue Harbor was good to go.
Takumi realized she was right.
"I'll tell him."
He opened the chat group and sent a message.
Takumi: [@Zhongli, Liyue Harbor is done. What are your plans?]
He directly pinged Zhongli with the update.
Soon after, Zhongli replied. He had already made arrangements.
Zhongli: [I'll send a few people over first.]
[Takumi's exclusive red packet.]
[Please help me invite Ningguang. I can't do it myself since she's in another world.]
He still needed to bring her in.
Since she wasn't in the same world, only Takumi could add her.
Takumi: [OK. You guys can figure out the migration plan.]
[Ningguang has joined the group chat.]
Not long after that, Ningguang was pulled into the group.
She was busy working when the group chat suddenly appeared, leaving her stunned.
Ningguang: [Takumi?]
Realizing it was Takumi who invited her, she was very surprised.
Takumi: [Zhongli gave me the points. He asked me to add you.]
Zhongli: [Let's talk in private. We need to discuss the migration.]
Zhongli said his piece in the group, then messaged Ningguang privately.
Takumi saw this and stopped paying attention to the group.
Let them handle it.
Unless all of Teyvat was migrating, Takumi didn't need to be involved.
For now, Takumi and Bronya went to help prepare dinner.
As night fell, more guests arrived.
Lala and her entire family were brought over by Elysia.
When Elysia arrived and saw Bronya and the others, she happily greeted them.
"Hi~! We meet again! Did you miss me?"
Elysia immediately walked up to Bronya with a radiant smile.
It had been a while since she saw her Big Ducky.
She had missed her dearly.
And maybe it was just her imagination, but Bronya looked even more dazzling and beautiful now.
Blinking thoughtfully, Elysia asked,
"Bronya, did you get prettier? Are you using some kind of skincare product?"
She was really curious!
The change in aura was baffling.
It was like Bronya had transformed from a shy girl into a mature beauty.
Flushed at first, Bronya quickly recomposed herself.
"That's just your imagination."
Of course she wouldn't admit it.
If you find a man, you can become like this too.
How could she say that out loud?
"Bronya's probably dating Takumi. That's why."
Eden entered just then, a small smile on her lips as she looked at Bronya.
Even if she hadn't experienced it herself, she understood well enough.
That kind of maturity only came from love.
Those who knew, knew.
The shift from girlhood to womanhood was something Eden understood.
Elysia blinked in surprise.
Then everything clicked.
So that's what it was!
