Chapter 360: You're Underestimating Me

Fujiwara Chika, Kasumigaoka Utaha, Kato Megumi, Alice, Erina, and Yuuki Asuna.

Looking at their armored outfits left Misaka Mikoto stunned.

Are they really high school students?

High schoolers these days are developing way too well.

But then, thinking about a certain someone she knew, she felt a bit more at ease.

"Hello, everyone! I'm Fujiwara Chika!"

Chika greeted Misaka and the others with a bright smile.

Seeing that, Misaka Mikoto quickly introduced herself too.

"Actually, we already know you all," Alice said cheerfully. "Introductions aren't even necessary. I'm Alice, pleased to meet you!"

Among the newcomers, aside from those already in the group chat, some friends who usually got along well with the group were also brought along—like Utaha and Eriri.

Since they were all here to level up in this world, and with so many vengeful spirits roaming around, it only made sense to bring more people.

Traveling between worlds didn't even require points, so bringing extra companions wasn't a problem.

"Hello, everyone!" Misaka and the others greeted back quickly.

"So, uh... what's our next move? It's kinda crowded in this alley, isn't it? And are we sure everyone can actually see them?"

Yotsuya Miko finally spoke up, a little nervous about so many people showing up at once.

But at the same time, she felt a deep sense of security. Even though she had only recently joined the group, everyone here seemed extraordinary.

With this many powerful allies around, she no longer had to fear those entities.

"I can see them! This world is insane... It's literally crawling with vengeful spirits."

Fujiwara Chika looked at the distant spirits lingering far away and couldn't help clicking her tongue. There were just so many of them.

They were everywhere—on every street.

Miko not breaking down under this pressure was truly impressive.

"I see them too."

"Yeah, we can all see them."

"I think it's because we have Honkai energy in us. What about you, Mikoto?"

Everyone who had arrived could see them clearly, likely due to the energy within them.

The only concern was with Misaka Mikoto and her group.

"We're fine too. We can see them clearly," Mikoto confirmed after glancing into the distance.

Hearing that made everyone breathe a sigh of relief.

"Looks like as long as there's power within you, you'll be able to see them. Great, that means we're good to go. Now, let's get our IDs first."

Fujiwara Chika giggled and brought out her terminal, asking Prometheus to help everyone create their identity cards.

Without them, moving around in this world would be nearly impossible.

After all, they were basically undocumented citizens.

"Hmm... IDs, huh? Should we also prepare other necessary documents too? We might split up later and explore different areas. We can't all stick together in one place, right?"

"Otherwise, the vengeful spirits wouldn't be enough for everyone to hunt. They should be everywhere across this world, so splitting up would be more efficient."

Alice furrowed her brows.

It made sense. Dividing up to take down the spirits would work better.

"Yeah, let's split up. Too bad Takumi didn't come. If he were here, we could teleport straight to other countries."

Sagiri sounded a little disappointed.

If only Takumi had joined them, things would've been so much easier.

"Um... about teleportation—I can do it too," Sakura chimed in.

Don't forget about her!

After so much training, her imaginary attribute had finally awakened.

She could now open dimensional pathways, just like Takumi.

This was well within her capability. Did they all forget about her?

Everyone's eyes turned to Sakura in surprise.

Even Kuroko looked a little shocked.

This little girl had spatial abilities?

"Oh, right! Sakura's here too. And Rin and Illya, you guys came too. Rin, can you use hypnosis? Could you hypnotize the public safety officials so we can get our documents issued in this world?"

Chika's eyes sparkled with excitement.

They had a wide variety of abilities among them, but when it came to pure magic users, these girls were the real deal.

Despite their small statures, they knew a ton of spells.

Especially Sakura—thanks to Takumi giving her a boost, her imaginary magic was already approaching the level of Authority.

Calling her a mini Herrscher of Void wouldn't even be an exaggeration.

"No problem! Easy-peasy!" Rin declared proudly, patting her chest.

Just hypnosis—totally within her ability.

"Hmph! Rin will probably mess it up, so I'll do it instead," Illya said smugly. "Takumi-oniichan always says people with the Tohsaka surname are doomed to mess up."

Let Rin do it? No way. Better leave it to her.

"That's not true!! That's a lie!! The Tohsaka family doesn't have such a weird tradition!!"

Tohsaka Rin immediately protested.

Takumi was obviously just making things up!

The two of them clearly didn't get along.

As the argument heated up, everyone hurriedly stepped in to stop them.

"Alright, that's enough. Don't fight. Let's talk more about it tomorrow—it's already late. First, let's find a place to stay for the night. Let's just go to a hotel."

"Prometheus already prepared our IDs. Tomorrow, we'll go get our other documents sorted."

Chika quickly put a stop to the quarrel.

Kato Megumi and Asuna also stepped in to separate Rin and Illya.

Seriously, can't these two ever get along?

Watching the scene unfold, Miko and Misaka couldn't help feeling a little overwhelmed.

Are these people really reliable?

Even though they had met, they weren't all that familiar with each other yet.

After discussing things further, everyone agreed to stay at a hotel for the night.

Before parting ways, Sagiri gave Miko a bunch of talismans and some information on onmyoji techniques, along with a terminal.

Miko didn't refuse the gift. Instead, she accepted it quietly, taking note of Sagiri's kindness and vowing to repay it in the future.

Everyone had helped her today—and she remembered it all.

Following the group to the hotel, Miko later returned home alone.

Now that she had talismans, she no longer felt afraid.

Along the way, every vengeful and evil spirit fled at the mere sight of her.

They didn't even dare get close, only watching her fearfully from afar.

Miko pretended not to see them.

As long as they stayed away, she didn't care.

Just like that, she made it back home.

Even the spirits that once haunted her house were gone.

At that moment, Miko felt like her peaceful life had finally returned.

Her mood brightened immediately.
