"A magical system?"
Hearing Prometheus bring it up, Takumi nodded.
"Yes, that's also necessary."
"Some of the magic I brought back this time hasn't been recorded before."
"Organize all of it."
"Take things like rune magic, for example—many are similar, but there are also ones we didn't have before."
"Consider this a supplement."
"Categorize it accordingly."
"Group the miscellaneous ones too, like life-related magic."
Magical systems were vast—elemental magic and all sorts of strange varieties existed.
If left unorganized, it would become chaotic.
Since Prometheus brought it up, Takumi naturally took it seriously.
Come to think of it, Takumi still hadn't gathered anything from the world of The Irregular at Magic High School.
That world's scientific magic was pretty good.
Maybe he should draw again and complete more of the magical systems?
Of course, Takumi could also create them himself.
With his vast power and knowledge of magical systems, it wouldn't be difficult to replicate the magic from The Irregular at Magic High School.
Their modern magic—
Or the manifestation devices from Date A Live—
Were essentially scientific magic, like the CR-UNIT:
Combat Realizer Unit.
Tactical Manifestation Unit.
Calling it a magical tool wouldn't be wrong—it just manifested through science.
After all, science and magic were more interconnected than people realized.
As Takumi pondered these things, Prometheus began classifying and compiling the systems as instructed.
"Go on and handle it first."
"Once everything's ready, just let everyone know."
Takumi glanced at Prometheus and dropped the matter.
Let her take care of the rest.
Hearing this, Prometheus said nothing more.
She vanished from in front of Takumi.
Meanwhile, Takumi closed his eyes and began uploading everything.
This time, he had brought back a massive amount.
Uploading would take some time.
While he worked, the others returned home.
Miori Shiba and Lilia walked in from outside.
Upon seeing Takumi sitting on the sofa, their eyes lit up.
But noticing his closed eyes and focused expression, they chose not to interrupt him.
They entered the kitchen and began preparing a meal.
Takumi sensed their return, but said nothing.
By the time he finished uploading, they had already made a lavish lunch.
"Thanks for your hard work."
Stretching lazily, Takumi stood up and headed to the dining room.
"Looks like you had quite a haul this time, huh?"
"I saw lots of new magic entries."
As Miori Shiba served rice, she chatted with Takumi.
While cooking, she had noticed the magical system being updated with new entries.
Clearly, it was from what Takumi had uploaded.
The updates came fast.
Some entries were already being replaced with newer versions.
"Yeah!"
"I visited so many worlds."
"Though a lot of stuff was redundant."
"Prometheus probably picked the best ones for the system."
The harvest this time was immense.
Absolutely overflowing.
"That's great."
"You probably won't have to go out for a long time now, huh?"
After all, Takumi had brought back so much that he seemed overwhelmed.
He couldn't absorb the knowledge fast enough.
Even though much of it was already being shared,
it still couldn't keep up with the pace at which Takumi acquired it.
She was well aware of that.
Takumi nodded helplessly.
"Unless there's a group mission that earns points, I'm probably not going anywhere."
"Speaking of which, that damn group hasn't released a mission in forever."
"So annoying."
As he sat down, Takumi began complaining about the chat group.
Even though the task system was updated,
no new missions had appeared in ages.
Who knows how the refresh mechanism even worked?
"Who knows?"
"The group's mechanics are impossible to understand."
"Just like how new members enter."
"Sometimes a few join in a row, and sometimes none show up for ages."
"Totally unpredictable."
Miori Shiba pursed her lips.
In the beginning, new members were added frequently.
But eventually, the pace slowed down.
To this day, no one understood how it worked.
"Forget it. Let's not talk about that."
"Did everyone from the group leave?"
Takumi began eating as he asked about the state of his own world.
When he went to Little Garden, some members had stayed behind.
They should've left by now, right?
"Not all of them."
"Ying and Guinaifen stayed."
"Nyaruko and Kaguya-hime are off goofing around together."
"Probably playing video games at home."
"Nyaruko probably doesn't want to leave at all."
"Also, the gods from Heaven are still here."
"And so is Akeno."
"The rest probably left."
"That's about it."
Not everyone had left.
Some chose to stay.
Like Nyaruko—
She clearly didn't want to go.
She practically wanted to retire at Takumi's place.
Totally addicted.
Takumi was speechless after hearing that.
But after thinking it over, he said nothing more.
If they didn't want to leave, so be it.
Let them stay and have fun.
"Jibril, come down and eat!!"
Seeing Takumi wasn't going to complain, Miori Shiba shouted upstairs.
Usually, she wouldn't bother calling Jibril unless she remembered.
Hearing her voice, Jibril came down shortly after.
Seeing Takumi back, her eyes lit up.
"What did you bring back?"
Takumi had gone to other worlds, so he must've brought back lots of things.
She was very excited.
"Go check the database yourself!"
Takumi rolled his eyes at her.
She probably only cared about what he brought back.
"Yay!"
Jibril cheered and began playing with her terminal while eating.
The others also began eating lunch.
But while things were peaceful on Takumi's end, Shiroyasha was not so lucky.
She stared at the white-haired loli before her, who looked just like her, deep in thought.
Takumi, you really dragged this girl here?
You're unbelievable!!
This white-haired loli, of course, was Kurimo.
After returning to Little Garden, Kurimo immediately sought out Shiroyasha.
And when Shiroyasha saw the terminal in her hands,
she understood everything.
That GDX!!
