Dragon

Aiden's adventurous expedition was not impulsive. He wouldn't be so reckless without a way to deal with a cunning opponent like Ner'zhul, who relies on prophetic abilities to foresee the future. After all, he is no longer alone; the entire population of Valoran depends on him.

"I will succeed." He encouraged himself inwardly. Aiden gripped the Staff of Time, preparing to perform a ritual, one that would ensure their decapitation strike wouldn't be detected by Ner'zhul.

"Kayle, bless me!" He smiled at the angel beside him.

"You will succeed." Kayle's voice was calm, as if stating a fact. This confident tone made Aiden even more confident.

As his understanding of the rules of "time" deepened, he mastered more ways to use his time abilities. Since Ner'zhul schemes against them by peering into the future, he would counter with the same ability!

Aiden once again immersed himself in meditation, experiencing the strange sensation of his soul leaving his body. He allowed his mind to expand infinitely, sensing the non-material realm opposite the material world. He had accidentally entered it before, a bizarre world, a magical channel connecting other planes.

He had previously sensed the entrance to the Emerald Dream again through this method. If needed, he could even return to the world where he first arrived. He also sensed the magical elemental planes—earth, fire, wind, and water—each containing pure energy. They lacked reason, raging wildly in their primitive and brutal state. The entrances to the elemental planes were sealed by some stronger force, preventing the elemental beings within from appearing freely, or Azeroth would surely be ravaged by them.

However, they were not Aiden's target this time. He strived to find the location of the River of Time, for that was his only objective.

His mastery of the power of time constantly guided him, and finally, he saw that place: so beautiful, like a golden river flowing silently in the starry sky of eternal night. Countless causes and effects drifted along in this River of Time like grains of sand. If one listened quietly, one would hear that each grain of sand contained a unique story.

He had found it.

The Tanaris desert of Kalimdor is a vast wasteland, but not barren. Goblins built the neutral city of Gadgetzan here, providing a safe trading place for all customers, accumulating a great deal of wealth in the process. No hostile races are allowed to fight here, or the goblin bodyguards will let them taste the pain of being ganged up on.

However, the goblins are not the masters here. As early as tens of thousands of years ago, the Guardian Dragon Aspect, Nozdormu the Eternal, established the Caverns of Time in the eastern mountains, where he and his descendants settled, guarding Azeroth's timeline for generations, fulfilling the sacred duty bestowed upon him by the Titan father Aman'Thul, protecting the timeline from external destruction.

However, the Bronze Dragon Aspect Nozdormu gradually forgot his original duty, lost in the River of Time, unable to distinguish between the past and the future. He sent his dragon sons and daughters out to help him find things he was interested in within the River of Time. He indulged in his hobby of collecting antiques and curiosities, and also succumbed to a pathetic fatalism, uninterested in anything outside.

But just as Aiden was carrying out his plan, every Bronze Dragon scattered in the River of Time heard their Dragon Aspect Nozdormu let out cries of agony, the painful sounds reaching the heart of every Bronze Dragon, allowing them to empathize.

The Bronze Dragon Chromie, who had once transformed into the female gnome mage Chronormu and met Aiden, did not enter the River of Time. She was by the side of Dragon Aspect Nozdormu, watching as his massive body rolled around in the Caverns of Time due to the intense pain. He let out terrible screams, even smashing his head violently against the walls in his headache, causing his lair to be littered with debris and gradually collapsing.

"What's wrong, Nozdormu! Stop it, stop it!" Chronormu shouted anxiously. But when she tried to stop him, the Dragon Aspect lashed out indiscriminately, striking her to the ground.

"Intruders… Someone is invading the timeline… Ah… my head… it hurts!"

Nozdormu was almost frantic, letting out a terrible roar, the sound waves shaking the dust.

"Who is it! Tell me, who is it!" Chronormu asked loudly, but Nozdormu had no time to pay attention. He rushed out of the lair like a madman, flapping his wings and soaring into the sky.

That night, all the creatures of Tanaris trembled in the terrible dragon's might. Whether goblin or troll, no one could resist.

"How was it?" Kayle asked the moment Aiden woke up.

"It's done!" Aiden smiled, "I guarantee, Ner'zhul is now as blind as a bat!"

He had the guidance of the power of time, so he found the mysterious River of Time, and spent an unknown amount of time trying to use his abilities. Aiden did not modify history, but blurred the future after his current point in time, temporarily depriving those powerhouses who could also peer into the timeline of that ability.

Strictly speaking, people like Ner'zhul and Medivh did not master the power of time, but their powerful mental strength allowed them to transcend the mortal world during meditation and see certain fragments of the future.

But now Aiden was sure they couldn't see anything anymore.

"By the way, how long have I been asleep?" He felt like he had spent a lot of time in the River of Time to achieve his goal. It felt like a year or two.

"Four hours." Kayle replied.

He breathed a sigh of relief. It seemed that there were still many mysteries in the non-material world waiting for him to unravel.

Aiden got up and took a breath. He had started meditating after dinner, and now the night outside was dark.

"You go and rest, Kayle. We'll set off tomorrow!"

Aiden only told Dalaran about his plan to lead this small team on an expedition; he didn't even notify the other leaders of the Alliance. Although he had entered the River of Time and obscured the future, who knew if someone might leak the news? It was best to keep it a secret as much as possible.

However, just as he was about to depart, a familiar face arrived without invitation.

"Rhonin!" Aiden saw the red-haired mage in his living room. "How did you get here?"

Rhonin smiled and said, "I thought I'd hitch a ride. What do you say, am I welcome?"

"Of course you're welcome!" Aiden said with a smile.

"Actually, it's mainly because of Vereesa. She's still in Northrend, and I'm a little worried," Rhonin revealed his true purpose. "The Alliance isn't preparing an expedition, but I can't leave her behind."

"You're right!" Aiden patted him on the shoulder.

"By the way, I brought a friend with me. Is that alright?" Rhonin inquired.

Aiden said, "A friend of yours is a friend of mine. Of course it's alright! Where is he?"

"He and his men are already at the dock," Rhonin replied.

"Alright, let's go!"

Aiden's dock was built on the banks of the Southshore River, east of Los Angeles. From here, they could go directly downstream and enter the sea from Southshore. He also planned to summon Miss Fortune and her ship, "The Maiden's Kiss," directly here.

In addition to the heroes, he also brought a team of summoners. He planned to establish a permanent portal in Northrend so that they could return directly to Los Angeles if they completed the mission or if it failed midway.

The group set off discreetly. At the dock, Aiden finally met Rhonin's friend—

"Here! Rhonin!" He called out from there. From afar, Aiden saw the burly figures of this small team, and the green skin on the arms that were waving. It was High Overlord Varok Saurfang!

"I see you!" Rhonin replied. The two friends, who hadn't seen each other for more than twenty days, embraced each other. Both the human and the orc had the most sincere smiles on their faces, and there was no sign of the racial divide.

Afterward, Saurfang bowed to Aiden and said, "Lord Aiden, our Warchief Thrall sends his greetings. He will keep his promise, and the orcs will join in the expedition to eliminate the Lich King. We are building warships and will cooperate with your actions in the future!"

Aiden asked, "So, are you going to Northrend this time to bring back the orc advance team stationed there?"

"No, we will build a camp there to welcome the arrival of other orcs in the future!" Saurfang's voice revealed great confidence. After returning to Hammerfall, he brought the news of the Northrend exploration, and the leaders of the various clans gathered in Thrall's tent and finally decided to relocate the entire orc population to Northrend.

Varok was not going to pick people up and bring them back, but to build a base.

Orcs would not retreat so easily!

With everything ready, Aiden immediately began summoning. The battle of Gilneas had brought him a lot of energy points, and summoning Miss Fortune would not cost too much. After arriving in Northrend, he would summon more heroes who could help them complete their mission.

After the summoning was completed, "Miss Fortune" Sarah and her ship, "The Maiden's Kiss," appeared.

Sarah looked around after appearing. She saw the Garen siblings, the angel Kayle, Quinn and Vayne, and Braum, all familiar faces who had joined the League of Legends. There were also some unfamiliar faces, such as the orc Saurfang and his orc soldiers, and the red-haired mage Rhonin.

Seeing that she was still looking around, Lux asked, "Miss Sarah, who are you looking for?"

"Plank, that pirate captain? He's worth a lot of money! A client asked me to beat him up!" She replied.

"Then you may have to wait a while. He went to another continent."

"…He's really good at running away!" Miss Fortune mocked her opponent, but Plank obviously couldn't hear it.

Then she generously bowed to Aiden, who opened his eyes: "Hello, Summoner!"

"Uh, hello, hello…" As soon as Aiden opened his eyes, he saw her bowing slightly, her proud figure revealed without reservation when she bent over. The bulging breasts under the white lace-trimmed corset seemed about to burst out.

This was simply testing Aiden's composure—he was really afraid that he would not be able to help but reveal a rude side.

He forced himself to shift his gaze—but when he looked down, he saw the slender waist that contrasted sharply with the exaggerated breasts—and the slender legs wrapped in tight black leather pants—truly interpreting what "devil figure" meant.

Aiden was afraid of revealing his ugliness, so he finally looked at Miss Fortune's face—but that delicate face and captivating eyes made him even more unbearable.

God gave Miss Fortune an incredibly hot figure, and at the same time gave her a stunning face, which was so unfair to other women! Among the women he had seen, only Kayle was slightly better in appearance—but angels never showed their figures, and hardly ever showed their faces. He faced a woman wrapped in full body armor every day, and he could hardly have any male thoughts.

It seems that he still lacks too much experience.

After thinking for a while, he squeezed out a sentence: "Well, it's still a bit cold these two days, do you want to wear more clothes?"
