I stumbled behind Thorne as he pulled me to the elevator, his grip firm on my wrist.
My heart was thudding heavily, my skin flushed from the intensity of his gaze while we danced together.
He jammed his hand on the elevator button, and as it slid open, he pulled me inside.
I was slammed against the wall, but gently, a strong arm holding me in place. Almost like a softball.
I watched wide-eyed as he reached up and pressed multiple buttons on the wall, my heart ramming against my chest, knots twisted in my stomach.
"W-what are you doing?" I stuttered, splaying my clammy palms against the elevator wall.
He turned to me, a smirk on his lips. "You'll see," he replied in a gruff voice. "I simply want to do this all night."
He whined around and pressed a few more buttons. And there was a slight rumble in the engines within, a steady alarm ringing in my head now.
My breath was hitches, my vision blurred.
