Evening came, and Jinnah has arrived by now. I hadn't received him, and sent the agriculture minister.

Finally, we held the negotiation meeting, with Dalai Lama as the mediator. He had little power, and was here for just observing.

"Namaste."

"Hello."

We greeted each other, and exchanged documents for the peace treaty.

From India's side, it was demand to officially give up its territory it lost in the war, dismissing its army, along with many other demands that was discussed in the Constituent Assembly.

From Pakistan's side, it was nothing but outrageousness.

1. India will return all the captured territory to Pakistan.

2. India will release all Pakistani prisoners.

3. Pakistan will respect India's sovereignty and both nations will work together for peaceful co-existence.

"Jinnah, you didn't come drunk, right?"

Looking at Pakistan's demands, it looks like India was the one which lost the war.

It seems that Pakistani leadership has been in Delulu Land from its very beginning.

Jinnah said, "Kumar ji, the war started because a batallion went rogue. There was no fault of Pakistan.

There was no need for escalation. You just used that opportunity to start a war."

Oh... So is he trying to take a moral high ground?

"The battalion that you are saying went rogue, killed many of our soldiers, and civilians. Even taking civilians as hostages and meat-shields. They were shouting 'Pakistan Zindabad'.

They weren't a rogue batallion. We had intelligence that you were using it as an excuse to make us retreat and then launch surprise attack."

"What do you mean!? There was no such plan! Where is the proof!?"

"Do you think I will expose our spy in your inner circle?

Don't try to take moral high ground here. Pakistan itself was created through genocide, being British puppets, and undemocratically.

Pakistan is the one who started the war, and you are making such demands?

Has the age affected you this much?"

Of course, I don't have any spy in his inner circle. But you know, the classic divide and rule through which Pakistan was created?

He relented a bit, realising that I won't accept these outrageous demands.

"Then India and Pakistan should co-host a plebiscite in the captured areas. And there is no way we will give up our military. It is crucial for protecting our sovereignty."

Ah. Plebiscite huh?

"Before any plebiscite in the reclaimed areas, India will conduct a plebiscite in the Indian land that Pakistan is occupying. Whether they want the land to remain Pakistan or go back to being India.

And of course, after settling back the people who were driven away from their homes by Pakistan."

If any plebiscite will happen, it will happen in Pakistan.

"Kumar ji, you are asking for the war to continue!"

"If you don't give up on your military, it will continue. I think you should take India's offer. Because if we have to have a plebiscite in Pakistan, I assure you that you will lose.

Afterall, you have done something that led the 1857's First War of Independence."

I showed him a photo of him eating pork, with wine on the table in a luxurious restaurant.

"This is fake!"

Well, it is. Someone who looks similar was used in clicking this photo.

An expert might be able to determine that, but most people are not expert.

"It was sent by Mr Huges Barnes to me via intelligence recently. It is 100% verified and true. Mr Kingster has verified it."

Turns out, using Nizam's money to bribe some British was really easy.

Then they died, making it seem that they were killed by British or Pakistani.

As of right now, the newspaper with this article is being dropped all over Pakistan by aircrafts.

It is also sent to all the Islamic countries who supported Pakistan during the war in the form of newspaper, which has lower quality to make it impossible to say that it is fake. If their public comes to know that they supported such a guy, their own dictatorships will have problems.

Jinnah gritted his teeth.

"You are really going to fall to such lows?"

Says the fascist genocider.

"Unlike Pakistan, India follows the path of truth."

"The negotiations are useless. Pakistan will never sign such a humiliating treaty, and never give up on its military.

If we do that, wouldn't India just invade us again!?"

"India won't as long as Pakistan doesn't try anything. And if you are so insecure, that's why you will be allowed to be a part of United Asian Organisation."

I presented him the UAO documents for joining.

He read it, and immediately demanded something outrageous again.

"Pakistan will only join as a member of Saksham Council."

"You don't qualify. Pakistan is a Theocracy and Colonial Puppet, and doesn't promise everyone equal rights."

"You are wrong. Pakistan is a democratic country, which provides every citizen equal rights."

...

"Well, they say that Lawyers are the biggest Lairs. I guess its true."

Jinnah stood up from his seat.

"There is no need for any negotiations then. War will determine the end."

He started walking out, rather slowly. As if he is a customer who says that he doesn't need the thing he is looking for if it is too expensive.

Was he expecting me to be the shopkeeper and bring down the price for him?

"Alright. The war has resumed."

I used the telephone, and called Chief of Army Staff Cariappa in front of him.

"Cariappa ji, begin the seige—"

Jinnah returned to his seat.

"Wait for my orders for now."

"Yes sir."

I put down the telephone.

"Alright. I agree to it, but we need plebiscite in all the captured areas."

Well, plebiscite may calm things down.

Amongst everything, Khyber-Pashtun region is the most difficult to control. Abdul Gaffar Khan is there, but I need to bring him to power.

But, I am not going to make a blunder like Nehru. There shouldn't even be a vote if the region wants to remain in India or not. Those who don't want to be here should themselves get out.

"A plebiscite will only happen after we conduct it in Pakistan."

We are the ones who won. Not the other way round afterall.

In the end, he agreed with the initial offer and signed the peace treaty. Seeing I was not relenting for even a bit.

1. Pakistan will join UAO.

2. Pakistan recognises the territories won in war as legitimate Indian territories.

3. Indian military will demilitarize Pakistan.

4. There will be no intelligence agency in Pakistan.

5. Pakistan will only have basic police force.

6. Pakistan won't be allowed to buy any weapons from now on from anywhere.

7. Pakistan will not be allowed to sell or lease any assets to foreign countries, especially militarily and/or intelligence agencies.

8. All non-muslims will be safely taken in by India.

9. Everyone who voted for All India Muslim League will safely be taken in by Pakistan.

10. Brainwashing and training people into becoming extremists will be an act of war.

The ten-points peace treaty was signed on 31st October 1947.
