Abysal Devils Attack!
It's been a quick thousand years and now I've finally reached the level of a greater god.
I can now be compared to a Minor Daoist realm cultivator and feel invincible.
Unfortunately good times don't last long as shortly after I broke through I've received news that the abyssal demons finally made a move.
With an army of over a hundred thousand demons with all sorts of appearances and sizes they instantly charged through the crack and let loose on the human world.
The nearby human settlements were instantly destroyed with the demons devouring the humans like a delicacy.
Thankfully the gods who stationed nearby managed to get there in time and hold them off until a venerable god arrived and they all died shortly after.
But who would have thought an even stronger demon pushed his way through the crack with power that rivals even a venerable god and even managed to injure the god and kill the rest of the lower gods there.
Thankfully the king of gods arrived and killed the demon before it could cause anymore damage.
Now we once again are having a meeting at the godly mountain and this time it's definitely about war.

Peak of the godly mountain.
Sitting on a throne was a handsome middle aged man with a serious face.
He looked at all the gods below him before letting out a serious but calm command.
"Prepare for war, the demons are finally starting to show their fangs and attacking our world. We must not let them succeed.
I'll have the venerable god of fire and the venerable god of water and their respective pantheons build a guard post so when they set out from the crack we will be prepared.
Meanwhile I want you lower gods to build a Great Wall far behind the city where the gods will be stationed as it will be the second line of defense.
I'll have the venerable god of frost and the venerable god of strength be the leaders of that stronghold with their respective pantheons.
We will see how it manages before making anymore moves. If they manage to get through both layers then we will launch a full blown attack against them." After issuing many commands the king of gods waved his hand and the gods dispersed.
They set off to build a wall and a stronghold to fend off the invaders.
"It's finally getting serious huh? Sigh~ who woulda thought instead of humans it's demons from the abyss invading us?" Michal mumbled before he made his way back to the sacred mountain before telling his wives to keep everything under control.
After that was done he decided to stay along the Great Wall as the second line of support.
Although he only had the two Venerable Gods and the respective pantheons stationed here it didn't mean nobody else could stay and fight.
So that's what Michael decided to do.
He doesn't fear death as he can just reincarnate from the source of the godly mountain after thousands of years. Worst comes to worst.. well nothing.
Of course unless the demons had some type of god eating ability then that's a whole different story but ya know…
GRAWWWWWWEWWR!
A sound as if it came from the very bottom layers of hell sounded out startling everyone as they looked at the demonic crack in the sky.
They spotted a massive army coming out filled with killing intent and crazy smiles.
Leading the demon army was a giant hundreds of meters tall with 4 arms and each arm held a club.
It looks like some sort of mutated giant monkey.
It had the strength of a Venerable god, perhaps even a mid stage one.
Gulp~
Michael was spectating everything that was happening, as soon as the army came out along with the money, the monkey instantly let loose a mighty roar before jumping and landing in the middle of the stronghold.
It brandished the arm clubs before swinging them at random which instantly squished many gods before they could even register what was going on.
"GRAAHAHAHS WHO WOULD'VE THOUGHT THERE WOULD BE INNATE GODS STILL LEFT?! SUCH A DELIGHTFUL SURPRISE." The monkey yelled before swinging its clubs again.
'It seems we aren't the first innate gods they have encountered huh? And still left it says? Perhaps the universe doesn't have any more besides us..' Michael made all sorts of assumptions but he couldn't fact check himself.
This made Michael wonder what the goal of these demons are…

ROOOOOOOOOAAAAAR!
The massive monkey-like creature with 4 arms let loose. Once he found out that there were in fact innate gods in this world he became even more excited.
If he can eat these yummy things up his cultivation would increase by a large margin! Perhaps he can take some females back and make them his slaves so they can increase in number!
Even if they aren't pure blooded they still are a delicacy! Quantity can make up for quality!
He's heard about how many other rulers did the same thing and bred the female gods until they died.
Even the king of gods who was a beautiful female war goddess wasn't spared from her fate as a breeding pig.
This shows just how powerful the abyss monsters really are!
That's why the monkey didn't have much fear towards these little ants.
"DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE!!" He roared before jumping to strike at the venerable god of fire.
However how could the god of fire let him do as he pleases? He quickly turned himself into fire and dove straight at the monkey hoping to catch him on fire.
"Trying to light me on fire? Naive!" It took its four clubs and at the same time smashed down at the incoming god.
BOOOM!
The ground caved in creating a massive hole in the ground.
It's a pity for him however as the god of fire wasn't hit and even got to the back of him before using on of his hands and instantly placing it on the foolish monkeys back before using one of his strongest moves.
"Heavenly Palm of divine fire!" His palm instantly blew up with divine fire which caught the monkey on fire.
"GRAAAAAAAAAH!" It roared in pain feeling the burning heat.
Meanwhile the Venerable god of water saw this and she knew he should follow up with an attack of her own.
She conjured a massive sword made out of water before sending it down towards the fiery monkey.
"DAMN YOU LITTLE ANTS!" The monkey seeing this massive sword of water roared and jumped. I'm trying to flee.
However the sword wouldn't let it escape so it cut off two of the monkeys arms and they fell making a big boom as though a mountain just toppled.
Massive amounts of reddish blood came out from the demon monkey which was now slightly fearful.
It would have never thought that a lower level world would house such strong gods.
Isn't this cheating?
Just because I'm a monkey doesn't mean I can be bullied!
