"What did you just do?" Julian's heart stopped for a few seconds when he saw the empty tonic bottle.

"Did you... Did you drink it?"

"Hmm," Linnea blinked.

"The tonic hasn't undergone a series of tests."

"I'm sure it's good; I don't feel a thing. I'm very healthy." Linnea stood up and began stretching.

"I'm very healthy; I doubt the traditional doctor and her daughter lied to us."

"What if the tonic contained toxic chemicals? What if you..."

"It doesn't; I'm okay. I feel fine."

"Why did you drink it? We agreed to take it to the hospital together." Julian was still in shock; he didn't expect Linnea to take the medicine behind his back.

"I'm okay; I feel great," she mumbled, then yawned. "Moon goddess, I feel so sleepy. Is it the tonic? I want to sleep," she said, moving toward the bed. She attempted to lie down, but Julian stopped her.
