Pa pa is a famous star (10)

L.A Mall, the most luxurious shopping center in Country M—a perfect place to spend money.

Coincidentally, Adonis lacked everything but money.

Dressed head-to-toe in black, wearing a baseball cap, sunglasses, and a mask, he ensured his identity would remain hidden.

Of course, if any fan happened to look closely, they'd still recognize him from his tall frame and that unmistakable aura.

With one arm holding Joshua, Adonis swept through the mall.

 "This outfit looks good—buy it!

 That cute plush costume—buy it!

This little stroller suits Joshua perfectly—buy it!"

"Papa, get a tie for Leo too!"

Adonis nodded and led Joshua to the pet section.

[Little master, if possible, I'd also like a pair of glasses…]

Right then, Leo's voice suddenly echoed in Joshua's mind.

At this moment, Joshua felt like a mighty king, able to wave his hand and say "Granted!" and resolve everything in style!

"Papa, let's get glasses too. Leo likes glasses!" Joshua whispered into Adonis's ear.

Adonis couldn't help but chuckle. "How do you know that?"

Sure enough, Joshua replied with a grave face, "Leo told me."

Adonis had often seen his little one staring at Leo, and somehow, man and cat always seemed to reach some agreement.

Joshua acted like he could genuinely understand Leo, and perhaps only children could have such adorable, whimsical thoughts.

Meanwhile, the pet store owner was glued to her phone, locked in a battle of words online. She couldn't understand how people could believe that Adonis would appear on that ridiculous show. It was apparent the show was trying to leech off his fame!

The more she thought about it, the angrier she got, furiously typing back at her keyboard.

That's right—she was a loyal, extremely loyal fan of Adonis!

"Ding ling ling~"

At that moment, the doorbell rang. The store owner looked up in surprise.

She didn't expect her usually empty shop to get a customer.

But more than that… this customer…

From the very first glance, her eyes widened in disbelief.

There was no way she was mistaken—never!

This fully covered man was Adonis!

And then, something even more shocking—no, terrifying—happened.

In Adonis's arms… was a child.

A chubby-cheeked little kid in a green dinosaur outfit, with pouty lips and wide, curious eyes, tilted slightly toward her.

The moment their eyes met, the child beamed at her—two front teeth and two tiny canines peeking out adorably, cheeks puffed like soft dough.

This… this… this child is too cute!

No—this wasn't what she should be focusing on!

The bigger question was—why was her male idol carrying a child?!

And more importantly, why did the kid look almost exactly like him?!

This child…

She didn't even want to consider the possibility already dawned on her.

In her mind, she could already see the entire fandom plunging into crisis.

"Excuse me, I'd like to buy a tie and a pair of glasses for my cat."

Adonis's voice snapped the pet store owner out of her spiraling thoughts.

She jolted in surprise, almost losing her soul for a second, then forced a nervous laugh as she scrambled to find a tie and glasses for a cat.

Adonis could more or less guess what she was thinking from the look on her face—but he didn't pay it any mind. He took the items and turned to leave.

The pet store owner stared at Adonis's retreating, instinctively wanting to shout, demand an explanation, and get some answers.

But at that moment, a small head suddenly peeked out from over Adonis's shoulder.

It was the child.

He'd rested his little chin on Adonis's shoulder, his head tilted just enough that one soft cheek was slightly squished—one could almost imagine how plush it must feel. His big round eyes were still fixed on the girl, and then he lifted his tiny hand, opened and closed it in a wave—seemingly saying goodbye.

The girl: "..."

The girl: "!!!"

Click, click, click!

Dozens of photos were snapped in rapid succession.

Sorry, but this was just way too cute!

The pet store owner's fingers trembled as she held her phone and typed:

'The A in Adonis stands for Alpha': [Girls, stop fighting! Something huge just happened!]

[What's wrong now? That clout-chasing trash show deserves to be canceled. Why stop the fight?]

[Exactly!]

[Wait a minute... don't tell me Adonis joined that show? No way they managed to get him?!]

[There's nothing impossible these days. Some people's fans are just delusional, thinking their idol is above everyone else. Haha.]

[Above three Best Actor awards, perhaps?]

[Hahaha, Team A, check out the latest post on News Time. I swear you'll be shocked.]

[Girls, seriously... stop the fight... something big's going down huhuhuhu]

[No. Freaking. Way!]

The chaos online didn't affect Adonis or Joshua in the slightest.

As soon as they got home, Joshua eagerly grabbed Leo and dressed him with the new tie and glasses—one boy, one cat—both having the time of their lives. Meanwhile, Adonis stood by the window, on the phone.

"Do you even realize how chaotic your social media accounts are? Have you seen the posts that just dropped? You don't even have to search—your name and Joshua's are in trending topics!"

Ariana's angry voice blared through the phone.

Unbothered, Adonis replied, "It was going to come out sooner or later. As long as there's nothing harmful to Joshua, I don't care."

"You're way more relaxed than I expected," Ariana said, voice low.

"I just trust in what I've built up until now."

Adonis looked down at the carpet, where Joshua carefully adjusted Leo's glasses. Leo elegantly stood up once everything was in place and strutted in a circle. Joshua clapped joyfully on the side, cheering him on.

That cat seemed to understand human language—his chin lifted proudly as if he were presenting his face to the ceiling.

Adonis couldn't help but laugh a little.

Meanwhile, Adonis's fans had stormed onto News Time's page—only to see an image none had ever imagined.

It was the back view of a tall man dressed in black. Even without seeing his face, everyone instantly recognized it as Adonis.

And perched over his shoulder… was a child, resting his chin, ideally facing the camera.

His small lips were slightly pursed, and wide, curious eyes staring into the lens. A tiny nose, fair skin, mint-green eyes, and dark hair peeking out from under a dinosaur hat.

Any fan of Adonis looking at that photo couldn't avoid the truth—not for a second.

The resemblance was undeniable.

It was so strong that no matter how hard they wanted to deny it, no matter how they tried to say it was just a nephew or younger brother—it wouldn't work.

Their idol…

I had a child.

[That has to be Photoshopped!]

"Useless! All of you!"

A man shouted in fury at the William family estate as he swiped all the documents off his desk.

He had chestnut brown hair and amber eyes. His face wasn't ugly, but dark eye circles and a heavy air of exhaustion made him look haggard—like someone who had overindulged far too long.

"I had you all following Adonis for this long, and you didn't even know he had a kid?!"

Robert roared, absolutely livid.
