The Amid Knight Exam
Chapter 7:- The Amid Knight Exam
Now the time had passed and today the Amid Knight exam was about to begin. As per the instructions Kaito and every other graduated students registered their names. They all entered in The Amid Region battle stadium for the exam tournament, the stadium was full of crowds cheering for someone.
Kaito was standing on the ground with other competitors, he saw Hikaru and Yuki, Kaito approached them. "Hey guys, so are you all ready?" Kaito asked them. Yuki and Hikaru replied, "Yes! We are super excited!". After listening this Kaito was happy that today is the day that, is he able to survive in this world or not. They all were talking, then Kaito noticed someone standing alone in the corner of the ground. "Stein?" Kaito approached him.
"Hey Stein! Are you ready for this? I am super excited for this!" Kaito said, Stein replied, "Shut up and leave me alone." Stein said in a rude way and walked away. "What is wrong with him?" Hikaru said from behind. Kaito said Yuki and Hikaru to ignore him for now maybe he is still angry due to that day punishment.

The exam was now going to start the anchor introduced the all guests, "Hello everyone! You're welcome in this Amid Knight exam to see who becomes new new Amid Knight, so today we have 5 main guests,
1st, Ryo Matsuda, the class teacher of the class which is going to give the exam today.
2nd, Tatsuma Fujimoto, principal of the Academy of Elements.
3rd, Akira Hizashi, the Legendary ranked Amid Knight.
4th, Yamada Kizune the leader of the Amid Region.
5th, Kiora Megumi vice leader of the Amid Region."
The anchor continued, "So the rules are very simple.
1st, You have to throw your opponent out from the 100 meter ring.
2. Killing is not allowed.
3rd. You have time of 10 minutes, if you fails to throw your opponent then you both will be disqualified.
So this year there are 16 participants, so you all will get your opponent randomly. So go infront of the machine and see who is your opponent for today's match up."
Everyone went infront of the machine and looked at the screen, and the match ups are now revealed, Hikaru's battle is going to be 3rd one and Yuki's 9th one, the opponent for Kaito's match up was random kid from the academy.
Everyone met each other and now the round 1 has begun, everything was going good and Hikaru passed and got qualified for the 2nd round and same with Yuki. Stein qualified too. Now the final round was Kaito's match up with the random kid.
Kaito and his opponent stepped forward and the battle began.
Kaito didn't used his element and only fought with hand to hand combat and Kaito won easily. Now the top 8 are now confirmed to be an Amid Knight but it needs ranking to make the team. So the next match ups announced and Kaito was up against Yuki and Hikaru was going to fight with Stein in the final round.
The next match started after a small break.
Every matches ended only 2 rounds were remaining. Kaito and Yuki stepped forward, "I never thought that I will fight against you Yuki." Kaito spoke, Yuki nodded, "Yeah I also never thought about that, so let's make this memorable." The match began with this.
Yuki used her ice element to turn the ground into ice. The ground was now very slippery due to ice and it was getting difficult for Kaito to move properly, on the other side Hikaru and Stein were watching the match.
Yuki attacked Kaito with some icicle spears created from her element. She threw them at Kaito and Kaito barely dodged evryone except the final one that hit at Kaito's right arm. Kaito's arm started to bleed but he attacked by his element. He used his element and lifted the ice ground as some small blocky chunks and threw them at Yuki, Yuki dodged them but the ground was still of rock so the dust were scattered across the ground.
Kaito landed a punch on Yuki from behind and then directly using his element to hand Yuki in the sky. Now Yuki was hanging in the sky but she countered with a ice spear once again getting free from Kaito. Yuki used her element and created a ice armour around her body. Kaito was amazed by her mastery on her element.
Kaito used his agility and attacked Yuki he lifted two big chunks of blocks from the ground on the both side of Yuki and crushed her between, the blocks broked but they broked Yuki's armour too. Kaito didn't wasted any time and directly landed a strong blow on Yuki on her back and lifted the area where Yuki was standing by his telekinetic elemental power and threw it out of the boundary, and Yuki got eliminated and Kaito qualified for the next round.
"Hey that was awesome." Yuki said in exhaustion. Kaito nodded and spoke, "Yeah, and you really have mastered you element." Yuki and Kaito enjoyed their battle and now it was time for Hikaru vs Stein's battle.
