Claire and Erica felt an even deeper disdain for Brentley after seeing him agree to their demands. In their eyes, Brentley was a man without dignity or ambition. Otherwise, how could he possibly agree to such conditions?

"Here's my business card. It has my contact information. Send me your account details later, and I'll transfer your living expenses monthly," Claire said, hesitating for a moment before taking a card from her purse and handing it to Brentley.

"Okay, thank you!" Brentley replied cheerfully, taking the card with a smile. "How can you be so shameless? You're a grown man living off a woman's money. Don't you find that inappropriate?" Erica couldn't hold back any longer, her big, watery eyes glaring at Brentley.

"Being supported by a wealthy woman is a skill of mine. Do you want to be supported too? Is there anyone willing to support you?" Brentley replied nonchalantly, glancing at Erica.

"You... you are the most shameless man I've ever met!" Erica was at a loss for words, staring at Brentley in disbelief.

"Enough, Erica. Stop making a fuss!" Claire scolded, frowning. She then turned to Brentley and asked, "Is there anything else you want to say to me?"

"I have a question for you!" Brentley responded.

Brentley hesitated for a moment before speaking softly. "What's the problem?"

"You don't want to marry me because I'm broke, or because you don't like me?" Brentley asked quietly.

Claire's eyes flashed with confusion at his question. "Isn't that the same thing?" she replied softly.

"It's not..." Brentley shook his head gently.

"I don't like you!" Claire said firmly, then stood up and added, "As for when we'll get the marriage certificate, I'll let you know."

"Okay," Brentley nodded in agreement.

Claire grabbed her bag and headed out of the private room. Erica, after giving Brentley a fierce glare, followed her out.

Once they were outside, Erica turned to Claire, clearly puzzled. "Cousin, are you really planning to marry that jerk Brentley? If you marry someone like him, your life will be ruined, don't you know that?"

"My dad's company is in trouble. Marrying Brentley is the only way to solve it," Claire replied softly. "But cousin, you're so amazing. I can't stand the thought of you marrying him!" Erica said, her voice filled with emotion.

"As long as he agrees to my conditions, what does it matter if I marry him?" Claire replied with a calm determination.

"Well, that's true. I never expected Brentley to be so spineless. Cousin, you made such outrageous demands, and all he cared about was how little money you were giving him. I've never seen anyone like him!" Erica said with disdain in her voice.

"We're both just getting what we need out of this arrangement. Once my dad's company is back on track, I can divorce him. He hasn't even touched me, so it shouldn't affect my life at all," Claire said softly.

"Exactly, Cousin, you're so smart. This way, we can solve Uncle's company issues and keep Brentley from taking advantage of you. Giving that jerk ten thousand dollars a month isn't really a bad deal," Erica said, suddenly realizing the brilliance of the plan and smiling happily.

Meanwhile, Morgan, who had been quietly waiting by the private room door, quickly stepped into Brentley's room as soon as he saw Claire and Erica leave.

"Chairman Carter, I didn't recognize you earlier. Please, don't fire me! I really didn't mean to offend you today..." Morgan said nervously as he entered the room.

Brentley slowly looked up at Morgan and said expressionlessly, "Today's incident wasn't entirely your fault. Don't worry, I won't hold it against you."

"Thank you, Chairman Carter! Thank you, Young Master Carter!" Morgan exclaimed with immense relief.

"Have you told anyone about my identity?" Brentley asked as he stood up. "No, General Manager Griffin specifically instructed me. I'm the only one in the entire restaurant who knows your identity. No one else has any idea," Morgan quickly replied.

"Good," Brentley nodded slightly and then continued, "By the way, are those two people who tried to kick me when I was down also members of this restaurant?" "Those two aren't supposed to be here; they must have come with friends," Morgan replied after a moment of thought.

"Kick those two out, and cancel their friends' memberships as well. But make sure my identity remains hidden. Understand?" Brentley said calmly.

"Young Master Carter, don't worry. I'll handle it perfectly!" Morgan responded, trembling with fear.

Brentley gave Morgan a brief glance before turning and walking out of the private room without another word.

Once Brentley left, Morgan let out a long sigh of relief. He then took out his walkie-talkie and commanded, "Security, security, head to Room Sixteen and remove all the guests inside!"

"Roger that!" the security team quickly replied.

Morgan harbored resentment towards Colby and Ophelia. If it hadn't been for them testifying earlier, he wouldn't have offended his boss in the first place. Now that he had given the order himself, Morgan wasn't going to hold back.

A few minutes later, Colby, Ophelia, and their friends, who had been enjoying their meal, were all forcibly removed from the private room by security.

"Do you have any idea who I am? I'm a gold member of this restaurant, and you dare to kick me out? Where's your manager? Get your manager out here to see me!" Colby's friend shouted angrily, feeling humiliated by the situation.

"I am the manager of this restaurant. If you have any issues, you can address them directly with me," Morgan said, slowly emerging from the crowd.

"Manager Morgan, just in time! What's going on with your security? My friends and I were having a good meal in the private room, and suddenly we got kicked out. Are you worried we won't pay?" The young man shouted, his eyes filled with anger.

"Young Master Ellis, you should ask your two friends why the security kicked you out," Morgan replied, looking pointedly at Colby and Ophelia.

"Why ask us?" Colby frowned.

"Why ask you?" Morgan couldn't help but let out a cold chuckle before continuing with a blank expression, "You two slandered other guests in the restaurant, damaging their reputation. That's why the security is kicking you out."

Colby was taken aback for a moment, realizing it was because of the incident with Brentley.

"And also, Young Master Ellis, you got dragged into this mess. Your gold membership card has been revoked by our restaurant, so you're no longer eligible to dine here," the manager added.
