Volume 1, Chapter 167: Lord Cauldron, This Time Let You Feast

"Those two Sword Intents must have been the trump cards Prince Third left in Chu Chu and the Seventh Princess!"

"Third Uncle's strength is too terrifying—just two Sword Intents killed a Myriad Manifestation Realm Level 7 warrior!"

"Myriad Manifestation Realm Level 7 warriors are like ants before Prince Third. Don't forget, he's a peerless prodigy who's slain Void Transformation Realm warriors!"

The royal warriors whispered in惊魂未定 (lingering fear), all convinced of Lin Yu's might.

"Luckily Third Brother was there—we'd have been doomed otherwise!" The Seventh Princess exhaled, smiling at Chu Chu.

Chu Chu nodded. "He must have hidden the Sword Intent in us when we first entered Spirit Mountain."

Lin Yu, meditating in a canyon, suddenly opened his eyes. A powerful pressure surged from his body, lifting gravel that rolled back and formed a circle a hundred zhang away, encircling him.

Spiritual energy from heaven and earth poured into him, forming a visible vortex above his head.

After refining Qu Lingshan, Lord Cauldron helped Lin Yu冲刺 (冲刺) Void Transformation Realm. With the foundation from Sword Intent tempering and endless spiritual energy, herbs, and fruits, Lin Yu finally advanced. His Myriad Manifestation Sea transformed into a spiritual energy vortex between void and reality.

This vortex let him borrow infinite heaven-and-earth spiritual energy with every move—why Void Transformation Realm warriors far surpassed Myriad Manifestation Realm Level 9 even with casual strikes. Hence the name "Void Transformation Realm."

Moments later, the spiritual energy vortex dissipated. Lin Yu rose, gazing at the sky. The two strands of spiritual energy he'd left in Chu Chu and the princess had activated simultaneously—they must have faced a life-and-death crisis.

Those strands, transformed into Wind Sword Intent, could slay any below Void Transformation Realm. If they'd faced a Void Transformation Realm warrior, even if he'd interrupted his breakthrough to rescue them, it might have been too late.

So after stabilizing in Void Transformation Realm, he summoned his flying sword and sped toward where the spiritual energy had faded.

The Wind Control Sword became a cyan rainbow, vanishing in an instant. He prayed their enemies were below Void Transformation Realm; otherwise, the worst might have happened. If so, a chill filled his eyes—he vowed to hunt down the foe to the ends of heaven and earth.

The flying sword traveled thousands of li in an instant. As Chu Chu and the Seventh Princess prepared to leave, a cyan rainbow appeared in the distance. They shared a smile—this rainbow always appeared when they used Lin Yu's wooden carving or activated his hidden spiritual energy.

"Chu Chu, Seventh Princess, we shouldn't stay here. Let's go!" someone urged, seeing them stop.

"Wait—Third Uncle is here!" Chu Chu blurted out, unable to hide her excitement.

"What? Prince Third is coming? Is that cyan rainbow heading for us?"

"Third Uncle has lived in the imperial mausoleum or Moonlight Palace all these years. Finally, we can meet him!"

"I saw Prince Third once—wonder if he remembers me?"

They looked up at the approaching rainbow, hearts aflutter. The legend of the Great Han Royal Family was about to appear.

Moments later, the rainbow hovered above the valley. To their surprise, it was just a flying sword. It circled and flew toward the opposite mountain wall.

"Eh! What's the sword doing? I thought Third Uncle came in person, but he sent a flying sword!"

"Prince Third's sword control is unmatched—how did his sword find us so quickly?"

"Look! It's carving characters!"

Regret filled their faces at the sight of the sword. Under Lin Yu's control, the Wind Control Sword etched on the wall:

"demon cultivators plan a blood sacrifice. Do not go north!"

Chu Chu read the words aloud. The sword circled her and the princess, as if confirming they'd seen the message, then accelerated into a streak and vanished.

"The demon cultivators wanted to sacrifice us!" The Seventh Princess shuddered. If not for Lin Yu's hidden spiritual energy, they'd be祭品 (sacrifices).

"With Third Uncle here, their plan won't succeed!" Chu Chu smiled, confident in Lin Yu.

"Let's go!" The Seventh Princess waved, leading the group out of the valley.

Lin Yu flew toward the demon cultivators' valley. The Wind Control Sword, tempered by Lord Cauldron with Wind Spirit Meteor Gold, had advanced to Void Transformation Realm. It now shimmered with cyan light and floating sword glows, leaving a cyan-gold trail—magnificent!

Upgraded, the sword unleashed sharp cyan blade lights even without Sword Intent. Fused with Lin Yu's strongest Wind Sword Intent, its power approached the Dao of Wind, capable of slaying Void Transformation Realm Level 2 warriors and challenging Level 3.

Lin Yu now craved more demon cultivators. Slaying all in Spirit Mountain might let him advance to Void Transformation Realm Level 2 in one go.

Days later, seeing the valley overwhelmed by devil qi, Lin Yu's eyes flashed with杀意 (killing intent).

"Lord Cauldron, this time—let you devour to your heart's content!"

He chuckled, urging the Wind Control Sword to surge toward the demon cultivator-occupied valley.
