Caleb, the crown prince of Flarite, finds out that his sister is going to be sent to a neighboring kingdom (Eron), to be part of the selection for the next queen. She needs to try her best and get his Majesty's interest to be able to marry the King. In exchange, Eron will give their kingdom a fruit from a magical tree, bestowing fertility to whoever eats it. The king of Flarite needs it for his heir, Caleb, since he has the curse of the goddess. However, Caleb, does not want his sister to be used just because of him, he then argues with the king and goes against the plan for the Queen selection. The both of them reached an agreement to see the King himself and ask for the fruit without any marriage, but in exchance for loyalty of their kingdom. He then traveled to Eron to convince the King.
