Chapter 3663: 4.1263 You for the Rest of My Life
"What should I do, Jojo, I've missed you so much." He reached out and cupped her small face, his gaze fixed on the little person before him, a faint smile gracing his lips.
"Your Highness." Cai Xiu suppressed a giggle, stepping forward to offer the nuptial cups.
Mo Lian took them, then held the little girl's hand and walked deeper into the beaded curtains, waving for everyone else to withdraw.
Cai Xiu and the others bowed their heads, respectfully retreated, and filed out of the great hall.
As the palace doors slowly closed, Crown Prince Mo led his little wife by the hand to the side of the bed and sat down.
The beaded curtains gently clinked, producing crisp sounds.
Two red candles had burned down halfway, casting a soft glow throughout the hall.
Their eyes met, gazing deeply, and for a moment, their hearts surged with emotion, waves rising and falling.
"Jojo." Mo Lian hooked her chin with his finger, leaning down to press a kiss on her lips.
His gentle voice softly sounded in her ear, "With you for the rest of my life, my heart is content. Let's drink together, and we... shall never be separated for all eternity."
Qiao Mu gazed deeply at him, unconsciously nodding.
The Little Poker Face, taking small sips, secretly glanced at her beloved husband.
At that sight, her little face inexplicably flushed rapidly.
The Crown Prince, with one gulp, quickly put down his cup. Then he reached out and flung off his large red outer robe. His tall figure leaned against the bedside, and he gave her a tender, loving smile, his phoenix eyes blinking. "Wife, from this moment on, your husband is at your disposal, with absolutely no complaints."
This man was simply too enchanting. Jojo's already restless heart was now thumping even more wildly.
"Wait a moment." The little girl waved him off, then turned around, sitting on a small stool by the bed, concentrating as she rummaged for something in her inner world.
Crown Prince Mo, who was waiting for his wife to spontaneously pounce on him, was rather curious. He couldn't help but sit upright, craning his head over, resting it on his little wife's shoulder, and exhaling against her neck. "Wife, what are you looking for?"
"Your husband is already like this, this, and this, why won't you look at me? You're just lost in thought by yourself."
The Little Crown Princess abruptly turned her small head, and her small mouth accidentally bumped into his chin.
The Crown Prince's eyes instantly brightened. He reached out to encircle her slender waist from behind, rubbing his head against her neck. "Jojo, you kissed the wrong place. Come again, come again."
Jojo expressionlessly pushed a small booklet onto his face. "The嬷嬷 (wet nurse/governess) gave this to me before the wedding ceremony. Do you want to see it?"
The Crown Prince, looking puzzled, took it with one hand and flipped open a page.
Jojo watched him intently. She saw his phoenix eyes blink lightly, and although his face showed no expression, his earlobes were clearly tinged red.
"Wife, do you think your husband still needs to read these?" The booklet instantly flew out beyond the beaded curtains.
The dangling beads swayed and rippled in the light of the half-burned red candles.
His lips swiftly, tempestuously sealed hers. With one hand, he tore off her large red outer robe, flung it away, and tossed it outside the curtain.
Jojo was a little bewildered, suddenly feeling she couldn't keep up with Crown Prince Mo's pace.
How did they suddenly shift battlefields and end up on the purple sandalwood, phoenix crystal, dark jade bed in the blink of an eye?
They were clearly just talking about that little booklet!
"Immobilize!" Jojo suddenly pulled out a blue talisman and slapped it onto the Crown Prince's forehead.
