Chapter 117: Saving Santa Claus From Team Rocket Trio

(Soon, Team Rocket rises from the sub and they look tired.)

Jessie: Prepare for trouble!

James: Make it double.

Jessie: To protect the world from devastation!

James: To unite all peoples within our nation.

Jessie: To denounce the evils of truth and love!

James: Extend. Reach Stars.

Jessie: Jessie!

James: James!

(The cold air comes in and Jessie and James hug each other for warmth.)

Jessie: Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light.

James: Surrender now, or prepare to.. Achoo!

Meowth: Meowth. That's right!

(Then Meowth panics.)

Meowth: "It's freezing out here!"

(Meowth quickly goes back in the sub and into the kotatsu.)

Meowth: "Now's a good time to go undercover."

(Still shivering James says.)

James: "Now that you've led us to his lair, let's have him!"

Mew: "Have who?"

(Mew says, confused.)

Jessie: "Have who? Have Santa Claus, that's who!"

(Jessie angrily says.)

Mew: "Santa?"

(Mew says, confused.)

Jessie: "That's him, right there!"

(Jessie angrily says, pointing to the Jynx.)

(Mew looks at Jynx and says.)

Mew: "Huh? What are you talking about? This isn't Santa Claus, this is Jynx. Besides, Jynx are only girls not boys."

(Jessie shouts in rage.)

Jessie: "You can't fool me! I know your little secret! Santa Claus is actually a Jynx!"

Mew: "You think Santa Claus is a Jynx?!"

(Mew asks, with a big grin on her face.)

(Soon everyone, even the Pokemon are laughing.)

(This makes Jessie furious.)

Jessie: "How dare you laugh at me! Let's show them!"

James: "You're on, Meowth!"

(James commands.)

Meowth: "It's showtime!"

(Meowth says and presses the button in the sub.)

(Soon a rocket is sent up in the air and dives towards Mew and the others.)

(Everyone screams and panic in fear of being hit that Team Rocket takes the advantage to swipe Jynx.)

(Then the rocket sends out a net and catches the group and Lapras.)

(Everyone panics from the net.)

Jessie: "Better not cry! Santa Claus is coming, with us!"

(Jessie says and maniacally laughs.)

(The submarine dives down and takes Jynx with them.)

Mew: "Come back! Give Jynx back!"

(Mew shouts.)

Tomo: "Let Jynx go!"

(Tomo shouts.)

(Soon, Team Rocket traveled to the ice structure where Santa's workshop is.)

(With Jynx as a hostage, they soon find themselves at the workshop and are surprised to see what's inside.)

(They see a lot of Jynx working with the toy machines, wrapping presents and other needs.)

Jessie: "Look! There are tons of Santas!"

(Jessie says with excitement.)

(She laughs and says.)

Jessie: "And tons of presents, too."

James: "This'll be the best Christmas ever!"

(James says, and claps his hands together.)

Meowth: "Only for us,"

(Meowth adds.)

(Soon enough, they spot the man who is the real Santa Claus loading the presents in the sacks.)

(James says, surprised.)

James: "Look."

Meowth: "It's the real Santa Claus,"

(Meowth adds.)

(Shocked Jessie says.)

Jessie: "It, can't be."

(Taking a good look at the man and the Jynx, Jessie says in her thoughts, realizing the truth.)

Jessie [in mind]: "Maybe the Jynx that took my doll ten years ago, wasn't the real Santa Claus!"

(In the workshop Santa stretches a little and turns his head.)

Santa Claus: "I hope Lapras gets back in time."

Jynx: "Jynx," (I'm not sure.)

(The Jynx replies.)

Santa Claus: "If I have to deliver all these presents without my other boot and without my helper, I'm afraid my toes are gonna freeze,"

(Santa says.)

(Suddenly, Jessie says.)

Jessie: "Maybe this is what you're looking for!"

(Santa turns his head to see Team Rocket and Jessie is holding Santa' boot.)

Santa Claus: "Oh, thank you! Thank you so much for bringing back my boot!"

(Santa walks over with glee.)

(Then asks.)

Santa Claus: "By any chance, did you find a Jynx?"

Mew: "Look out, Santa!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Team Rocket turns their heads to see Mew and her friends making the scene.)

Mew: "Those three are on your naughty list!"

(Mew adds.)

Tomo: "Team Rocket bad!"

(Tomo adds.)

Santa Claus: "What's this?!"

(Santa asks, shocked.)

(Suddenly, James and Meowth tie Santa up.)

Jessie: "We've got a little surprise for you, Santa,"

(Jessie says.)

James: "You're going to be tied up this Christmas,"

(James says.)

Meowth: "That's KNOT too bad,"

(Meowth comments.)

(Mew and her friends are shocked to see what Team Rocket has done.)

(Jessie steps forward and says.)

Jessie: "Don't try to stop us, if you wanna have a happy New Year!"

James: "And all you Jynx better do exactly what we tell you to do, or Santa will be sorry!"

(James adds.)

(The Jynx feel they have no other choice, but to give in to them.)

Meowth: "Now, load up ALL the presents and we'll be on our Merry Christmas way,"

(Meowth says, and laughs.)

(Soon enough, Mew and her friends are tied up along with Santa.)

(as the Jynxs are forced to load up the presents in the submarine.)

Santa Claus: "Please, you can't do this terrible thing. You can't just take all these presents. You're going to disappoint all the children,"

(Santa begs.)

Mew: "Santa is right! You're gonna ruin Christmas for everybody in the whole world!"

(Mew says.)

Jessie: "Keep quiet! I'm making up for the presents that I never got!"

(Jessie angrily says.)

(Confused, Santa asks.)

Santa Claus: "Jessie, what do you mean 'the presents that you never got'?"

(Then Jessie says.)

Jessie: "Ho. Ho. You remember what every kid in the world wants for Christmas but you can't remember what you had your Jynx do to me ten years ago?"

Santa Claus: "What is it you think my Jynx did to you?"

(Santa asks.)

Jessie: "I know exactly what your Jynx did to me! It came down the chimney on Christmas Eve and stole my favorite doll from me!"

(Jessie angrily says.)

Santa Claus: "That's impossible!"

(Santa says.)

(Suddenly, Jynx then uses telepathy on Jessie and everyone else, showing how Jynx finds the broken doll and takes it away.)

(Young Jessie is left crying thinking Santa has stolen her doll.)

(Once Jynx is done, she then leaves the scene.)

(Making Jessie angry.)

Jessie: "Hey! Where do you think you're going?! You can't get away from me!"

Mew: "She seems to be going back to Santa's workshop to get something, but she'll be back,"

(Mew translates.)

(Soon, the Jynx returns and holds the toy doll that Jynx has taken from Jessie ten years ago.)

Jessie: "I can't believe it. That's, my dolly!"

(Jessie says, surprised.)

Santa Claus: "There. You see? I knew my Jynx would never steal anything,"

(Santa says.)

(Then Jessie questions.)

Jessie: "Well, if your Jynx didn't steal it, how come it had it stashed out there in the woods for ten years, Santa Claus?"

Santa Claus: "My Jynx was bringing you your presents that Christmas, saw your favorite doll was broken, and brought it back to me so I could fix it. I repaired it in my sleigh and we tried to go back, but you didn't believe in me anymore, and I'm powerless to go where hearts are closed,"

(Santa explains.)

(The Jynx then gives Jessie back her doll.)

Jessie: "You were only trying to help me after all. How could I have hurt my best friend in the whole world?! Forgive me,"

(Jessie says, feeling remorseful.)

James: "Aw. Jessie is sorry,"

(James says, and begins to laugh.)

Misty: "I guess bad guys can have their feelings hurt, too,"

(Misty replies.)

(Then Brock says.)

Brock: "Hey. Maybe Team Rocket has a heart after all."

Santa Claus: "Now that you know what happened, you can untie me and give back the presents,"

(Santa says.)

(Jessie laughs and says.)

Jessie: "I'm not that grateful!"

(Then Team Rocket hops in the submarine.)

Jessie: "See ya later!"

(Jessie calls out.)

(Soon, Team Rocket begins to ride away on their subs.)

(as Mew and her friends demand they return the presents.)

Mew: "You want so many things. Why don't you ask Santa Claus for them?"

(Mew remarks.)

(As Team Rocket laughs, a familiar voice says.)

???: "That isn't funny."

(Jessie soon asks.)

Jessie: "That voice. What was it?"

(Suddenly, Lapras resurfaces from the water.)

(Mew happily says.)

Mew: "Lapras!"

Lapras: "Christmas belongs to everyone. You cannot steal it!"

(Lapras says to Team Rocket.)

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Lapras, stop them! They've got all the presents!"

(Lapras performs Ice Beam on the Submarine.)

(and freezes Team Rocket in their tracks.)

(Cold, Jessie panics.)

Jessie: "Pedal. Faster! Pedal. Faster!"

James: "We, can't move!"

(James adds, freezing.)

Meowth: "Frozen stiff!"

(Meowth adds.)

(Out on the surface, Pikachu and Eevee are able to cut the ropes and break them with their teeth.)

Misty: "We're free,"

(Misty says.)

Mew: "Now to stop Team Rocket and get the presents back! Go Espurr!"

(Mew says, and throws her Pokeball.)

(Espurr makes an appearance.)

Mew: "Okay Espurr, use Psychic,"

(Mew says.)

(Then Santa commands the Jynx.)

Santa Claus: "Alright, everyone! Use your Psychic attack!"

(With the combined power of the Jynx, they are able to perform the attack Psychic.)

(Team Rocket tries to pedal.)

(Meowth notices.)

Meowth: "Hey! We're not moving!"

Jessie: "Well, just pedal faster!"

(Jessie shouts.)

James: "We're battling the waves!"

(James says.)

(The Jynx's and Espurr bring the submarine back.)

(Then shake the sub up and down until all the presents in the sacks have fallen out.)

Santa Claus: "I think it's time to Psywave goodbye now,"

(Santa says.)

Mew: "Okay Espurr, use Psybeam,"

(Mew says.)

(Espurr and all the Jynx perform their attacks.)

(sending Team Rocket flying once again.)

Team Rocket: "Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!"

(Team Rocket screams as they are blasted off.)

(Later in the night.)

(Santa has all the presents loaded in his slay that are being pulled by four Stantlers.)

Santa Claus: "I have a busy night ahead of me. Lapras, would you bring our friends safely back to where you found them, please?"

(Santa asks.)

Lapras: "Of course, Santa,"

(Lapras says.)

(Santa then cracks the reins and the sleigh begins to take off into the sky as he calls out.)

Santa Claus: "Merry Christmas to all."

(Soon, the snow begins to fall from the sky.)

Misty: "It's snowing!"

(Misty says.)

Brock: "Looks like we're gonna have a white Christmas,"

(Brock says.)

(Just then Lapras says.)

Lapras: "Before I take you back to the mainland, Santa has a few presents for you.

(Just then, Jynx comes over with a sack and opens it to reveal presents.)

Mew: "For us?"

(Mew asks.)

Lapras: "Merry Christmas,"

(Lapras says.)

(Soon, Mew and her friends each are given a present box.)

Misty: "Oh, thanks, Lapras!"

(Misty says.)

(Then Mew says.)

Mew: "Don't forget Santa Claus!"

Brock: "And Jynx, too!"

(Brock adds.)

(Pikachu and Eevee are happy to get their presents.)

(Even Tomo enjoys his present.)

(Soon, Lapras is able to take them back to the main lands allowing Mew and her friends to have a Merry Christmas and continue on their journey.)

(Meanwhile, in the same castle where Team Rocket tested their Santa trap, the three lay in bed waiting for Santa.)

Meowth: "You might as well take that stocking down. After that stunt, Santa's never gonna visit us,"

(Meowth says.)

Jessie: "Well, it doesn't hurt to hope, does it?"

(Jessie says.)

(Then James says.)

James: "Santa won't visit if we stay awake all night."

(Soon, Team Rocket hears jungle bells and they beam with excitement and happiness.)

(Instead of Santa, Jynx is at the Window.)

(Then she uses the Lovely kiss attack to send them all into a deep sleep.)

(Santa laughs and flies away on his sleigh across the moon's glimmering light.)

(He then calls out.)

Santa Claus: "Merry Christmas!"
