On the other side of town, four people stood in the dark out of sight of other people in front of a large gate.

"Sounds good, who are they?" asked a girl with purple dyed hair.

"Brooke Taylor, Auriana Williams, Skylar Jackson, Emma Johnson, Nikki Simon, Renee Dawson, Scarlet Carson, Jimmy Bender, Jake Matthews and Jeremy Walker," said a boy with brown hair. She took out the earphones and gave them back to the boy.

"The music is good I will give the CD to our father," said another girl.

"Thank you very much," said yet another girl with brown hair. She was a little older than the girls.

"No problem, we do everything for our favorite babysitter." The brown-haired girl gave the purple-haired and blonde-haired girls a hug. They let go of each other and left while the two girls walked through the large gate, through the grounds into another large villa.

"Daddy?"

"Maya? Alex? Why aren't you in bed yet?' their father asked. He quickly put down his glass of whiskey. Alex handed him a CD.

"What's this?"

"A CD by The Family." Their father walked over to the CD player and turned on the CD. The room was filled with the sounds of 'All For One.

"Wow! They're good, I want to talk to them!" He listened intently to the rest of the song.

"This is them." Maya showed a photo. The photo showed the silhouettes of "The Family" in different colors.

"Brooke Taylor the purple one, Auriana Williams the pink one, Skylar Jackson the light blue one, Emma Johnson the light green one, Nikki Simon the orange one, Renee Dawson the yellow one, Scarlet Carson the red one, Jimmy Bender the black one, Jake Matthews the dark blue one, and Jeremy Walker the dark green one." She pointed at them one by one.

"Hm, I'll go see those kids on Monday when you start at your new school." The girls looked at each other in surprise.

"New school!?"

"Yeah, West Field High…didn't I tell you? You're not going to that shitty private school starting next week." The girls were happy with this news, but didn't know how they felt about going to a public school.

"They're going there too," Alex said, changing the subject.

"Good, because I want you to form a girl group." Again, the girls looked at each other doubtfully.

"With who?" Alex asked.

Auriana

Nikki, Scarlet, and Renee were flirting with some boys. Skylar and Emma were sitting on the edge of the stage watching the students dance, and Jake and I were helping Mrs. Taylor in the kitchen.

"Mmm, the kitchen smells good," Jake commented. The smell of freshly baked goods hit your nose as soon as you entered the kitchen.

"Boys only think about food," I responded. Mrs. Taylor couldn't help but laugh, knowing exactly how her husband and son always reacted to food.

"No, this boy only thinks of you," Jake said as he hugged me from behind. I rolled my eyes and continued to put the salmon on the tortilla wraps with herb cheese.

"Will you let go of me, Jake?"

"Never." Mrs. Taylor burst out laughing. I poked his stomach with my elbow.

"Ouch!" Jake shot back and let go of me.

"Sorry," I laughed. Jake pulled me over to an empty counter, pushed me up against it, pinned me between the counter and himself, and started kissing me all over my face. In between giggling, I tried to push him off but he was too strong, so I gave up. Jake let go of me and looked at me with a grin.

"Okay, lovebirds, get to work," Mrs. Taylor said. I wriggled myself free between him and the counter and gave him a shove. The salmon wraps were finished not long after that.

"Thanks for helping, you can go back to the gym if you want." There wasn't much else to do now but wait.

"No problem, Mrs. Taylor," I said. Jake grabbed my hand and walked me back to the gym. The party was still in full swing.

"I hope Taylor is having a girl," Brooke cheered enthusiastically. The idea that she would soon be an aunt had settled in the meantime.

"Let me guess…you've already come up with some names?" Jimmy laughed. He knew his girlfriend well enough to know that she had started right away.

"What…no…maybe," Brooke said. She shrugged innocently.

"Name them." Their curiosity had grown as well.

"Zoey, Megan, Daphne, Noelle, and Alexa." She counted them off on her fingers.

"What if she's having a boy?" Jimmy asked. Brooke remained silent.

"You don't have one, do you?" he suggested. Brooke shook her head, laughing. Jimmy put an arm around her waist.

"Now it's the King and Queen's turn to dance the traditional last slow dance," Principal Nickolas announced, standing on stage. We did it differently here than at other schools, here they didn't have a first dance but a last dance. Brooke took Jimmy's outstretched hand. Jimmy led her to the middle of the dance floor where they began to dance. Emma, Skylar, Nikki, Scarlet. Renee and Jeremy came to stand next to Jake and me. We crossed our arms and grinned at Brooke and Jimmy.

"Can I have this dance?" Emma looked at the boy and nodded slowly. She felt her cheeks turn red.
