“That is the throne meant for the Deathless Phoenix. Do you want to be pummeled to death?” One of the spectators cried out in panic as Simon moved towards the golden throne.



“This useless son of mine, do you want to put us in trouble? Move away from there!” His mother commanded. He ignored them, took his seat, and with a slight tap on the armrest, the throne floated into the sky. With a resounding voice, he bellowed, “I am the Deathless Phoenix!”





“Y-you? How can that be?” His mother’s face paled.

A thousand years ago, a terrible war broke out in the upper world. Betrayed by one of his people, Simon lost part of his memories and strength. Forced to retreat, he had no choice but to descend into the lower world and assume the identity of a nobody, to slowly regain his powers in order to avenge himself.
