"I didn't see Bryce as the type to cheat. Is he really cheating on you?" Ruby looked at me, but I remained silent.
"He is calling," Ruby notified me when my phone started ringing.
"Won't you answer?" she asked, but I did not respond.
The phone stopped ringing after a few seconds and began ringing again. "Maybe you should answer the call; let's get to the bottom of this. If he is indeed cheating, we'll cuss him like we did Cooper," she suggested.
I shifted my attention to her. "Bryce is not as soft as Cooper; he is the last person you should insult," I groaned.
"Oh, yeah, you're right, but we can't remain still; you need to confirm if he's cheating or not."
"I'm scared; I don't want to," I mumbled.
"I understand, but you also can't end things like this; it'll stay on your mind. You need to know if he's truly cheating or not."
The phone stopped ringing for a second time and started ringing for a third time.
