Because of his high agility, Evan managed to jump to his right before something made impact on the spot he was just standing on. It made a loud 'whaam!' that the ground shook just a little bit.

He has no idea what it was. There was nothing that had made impact that he could see, but something still did.

Evan leans a little closer. He wants to come near the spot on the ground where he saw a few cracks to see how bad it was and what could have possibly made the impact. Before he was able to get close enough, a panel suddenly appeared before him, making him jump away in shock.
