CHAPTER 3

SOMEONE'S POV

He was huge, so huge… why did I forget? I should focus on my task… for my family. I went back to my work, made sure everything was perfect, and looked at my colleagues, trying to learn what they were doing until I was able to get the hang of things, then. "Miss Cindy, the boss is asking about the progress of the development of the game, he was totally upset, the managers from the operational and marketing are still arguing about the advertisement that they need the opinion from planning" my colleague explained. Skyler is such a pain in the bum. What should I do? Let me see… maybe there is something in my files that I can use. I scrolled down my files and found something I could probably use, and as I scrolled down, I received a text from my sister, 

Ate: Musta? Sila ba… Alam mo na (How are you? Did they… you know)

Me: Dipa muntik lang, CR kanina (Not yet, just almost, Comfort room a while ago) 

Ate: Di kase nag iingat eh, pag ako nawalan ng trabaho talagang lagot ka sa akin, (Because you are not being careful, if I lose my job, you are done) 

Me: Okay…

I continued my work, as I faced the Boss, I asked my assistant to share the recent development of the games, and the boss wasn't happy about it. "Do you think this is enough? Do you think I feel happy about this? I want a full report at the end of this week!" Boss yelled at us, and he was right we weren't doing our best that is why I'm having my resolve I would do my best, and I will make sure that my sister would be the greatest Planning department head ever. 

Two days before our report, "Team, we need to prove that we are the best and we can plan for our company, in due time!" I said to them, "Yes, ma'am!" They all replied. Wujun was able to finish his game design and functionality we immediately gathered all the processes of it and I even tried to play it, when I noticed some difficulties in the functions and the graphics were not to my liking I asked him to change it and he was able to quickly change everything. The other games are also under review and I didn't like most of them, now I know why our boss hates them, then a day passed, and tomorrow was already the day for our report our team was almost finished gathering all the reports but when I checked the progress of the games, I saw that the designs of the location and the settings aren't measured, as if they just took a blueprint of something and pasted it, I took the liberty to design the place and the architectural design of the games, and we finally finished at midnight. I went home and changed I remove my wig and false boobs and bra, I'm finally in my underwear, I went to the bathroom and remove my make-up, and finally took a shower, I picked out my pajama and went to the kitchen I cooked some corned beef with egg and rice, I already ate dinner but burger and pizza don't make me full after I cooked I already munch and drink water, I checked out my phone and call my sister.

"Ate… how are you and Mama?" I asked my big sister, Cindy, "I'm doing fine, the doctor said mom will wake up in a week probably… how about you? Did you eat well? Is your grocery lacking?" she asked, "No ate… my grocery is still abundant… and I'm eating well… should I go home ate?" I asked, I already missed her and Mom, "I know you want to, but you already know you can't take care of Mama and since I'm your Ate I should be the one taking care of Mama, it's good thing that you are on your school break, I considered all the option we have and thanks to our good genes, we looked alike now you can pretend to be me, and hope that we won't get caught," My sister said, I know this is a stupid idea but, it is for our family.

This was it, the day for our full report and I was nervous but I already made sure everything was prepared, I told our boss, "Good day boss, we are here to present the current progress of our project…" I explained most of it and then I was followed by Wujun, and my assistant Adam Rogan, well my sister's assistant. 

"Good job everyone, finally something worth listening to, I expect great results on this… by the way Cindy… go to my office," the boss told me, did he find out? What should I do? What should I say?

I went to his office and straightened my clothes, I faced the assistant as he muttered "Good luck" I need those, I opened the door, "hello boss" I said, still in my sister's tone of voice, "I'm impressed you did great today, now we just have to wait until the release of the games, I want you to monitor all the games released and I don't just want your brother's download, I want more, is that clear?" He asked me, "Yes, boss!" I answered and he dismissed me, good thing he finally… "Cindy! Wait!" he calls me again, "After the launch, whatever the result is, go out with me." Our boss said that? "Go out with you like a date?!" I asked confusedly, "Yes, I'm asking you to a date, not your boss, but just me… Skyler, so what do you say, Cindy?" I would answer him right away if I were Cindy but I'm not, "Well… you already said so that I'll go out with you after launch… it wouldn't hurt if we gave it a try" I left the office and my face is heated up, what is going on with me I'm here to make sure that my sister is not fired yet. 

After our working hours, I left the office and was walking down the lobby I saw tons of employees going out as well, as I went out the door, I walked a few steps and a car stopped in front of me, "Cindy… why don't you hop in and I'll send you home?" Our boss, Skyler asked me to ride with him and he's sending me home. Is this real? "But boss…" "Hey don't call me boss when we are out of the company, just call me Skyler… and besides, I would love to send you to your home…" I just nodded and went in, at least it was free after all, I took a deep breath as I looked at him while I closed the door, he just smiled at me with that beautiful smile, and his glasses even placed well… ack!!! The heck?! Why am I so excited that he's here… I should calm down. Finally, we arrived at the apartment, "Just park right there, Boss… I mean, Sky… I mean, Skyler…" Why am I stammering, "Don't be nervous around me, just call me Sky if you like, I don't mind… and I hope whenever you look at the sky it will always remind you of me…" Did he just wink at me? It sends a tingle down my spine. "Oh, by the way, I haven't met your brother… is he home?" Oh boy… what should I say, "Well… he is on a vacation... he went back to the Philippines" I said, "That's good for him, nothing can make you at peace if you're not home right?" He asked as he smiled again, I just nodded, and opened the car door, " I should go in already, I still have clothes to take inside… thank you for sending me home Sky… take care…" I waved goodbye and went straight inside the gate and climbed the stairs up to the third floor, where my apartment is. I took off my clothes and faced the mirror, then I took off my wig. Why do I feel something else when I'm with Skyler… my phone rings "Hello?" I asked "Sean, how are you?" it's my sister, Ate Cindy, "I'm good Ate Cindy…"
