Recieving potential enhancement early blaziken was able to rise this far earlier than Gengar but for quite a while its stuck in this level. Maybe this battle will help in breaking the threshold.

"Detect. Thunder punch." Both were equally strong. Blaziken higher class makes up for Charizards higher level.
"Blaziken use blaze punch."
"Charizard dodge and use flamethrower." It hit Blaziken.
"Blaziken use fire pledge." Charizard was caught of guard.
"Charizard blast burn." Giovani.
"Detect and thunder punch. Again and again." No mater how powerful a move it's useless if not hit on target.
"Charizard use fire blast." Giovani called out. Its recovery was too fast and so it hit blaziken.
"Charizard use overheat."
"Blaziken detect. Brave bird." Hit on mark and now Charizard spl. attack is low too. But I can't use detect anymore since its accuracy has dropped. Plus recoil effect. Wait a minute...
"Blaziken use brave bird."
"Charizard use flare blitz." Both attack clashed.
"Blaziken reversal." Charizard was hurt. Reversal deals more damage the lower the user's HP is.
"Charizard use seismic toss." It lifted Blaziken up. Shit.
"Blaziken solar beam on charizards wing." Drought made the charging period faster.
"Charizard leave it." Giovani shouted frantically. Too late. It was hurt but still completed the attack. Blaziken was barely able to stand.
"Charizard dragon rage."
"Blaziken detect and reversal." I called out. It hit hard considering blaziken's HP is extremely low too.
"Charizard use flare blitz."
"Blaziken use flare blitz." I called out. Both clashed. Charizard fainted.
"We did it Blaziken."
"We did it." Blaziken said not believeing herself.
"Charizard has never lost in his life time. You have my respect. I wish to hand you the earth badge." Giovani.

Time skip-
I was eating dinner with Giovani in pokemon centre. My pokemon are still hurt so Giovani ordered a take out and we ate in the pokemon centre only. It was from a five star resturant and it was soo good.
"Is there anything you want. A premium item or something." He said not yet satisfied. Okay then...
"How about I save this oportunity and ask you in future when I need something." I said.
"Sure." He said. We talked for a long time. He excused himself when he got late.
"I hope to meet you again Miss Regina." He said and kissed my hand before leaving. I am so not red.

The next two months were arderous. I stayed with Linda. According to Linda the tournament is happening in Indigo league. My pokemon were training a lot. With the premium level dragon scale I also evolved Seedra. She had been training for a long time.

When I released my papers on seedra's evolution it came out in news again like always. Its dragon typing earned even more attention. Linda just sighed.
I also used the method Gary told me. I bought three premium level water pendant and in the system space ocean broke it and let my three water pokemon absorb them. My Blastoise was now a champion level Golduck psudo legend pokemon. Though due to kingdra secondary typing it wasn't able to ascend. Its dragon typing also needed to be boosted for it to reach a higher potential.
'Maybe that dragon crystal along with the dragon essence can make it reach the next level.' I thought. It took two weeks but Kingdra was able to reach the champion level.
"One day you will also be able to be this strong oshuwott." I said carrying him. Since the day I have got him I always keep him near him. Like Misty and togepie from canon. But I still let him run around a bit and train himself whenever he wants

"Yes mama. Can we see the egg." Oshuwott said.
"Sure." I said. We went to see the egg. The momment we came close to it, it began to glow. It was a beautiful process.

"Mama." Togepie called me.
"Welcome to the world togepie." I said. It immediately jumped in my arms and nestled itself next to Oshuwottt. I introduced her to everyone. They were very exited to see her. Especially Clefable. Seeing a fellow fairy type warmed her heart.
I was sceptical about the thunderbolt part but Raichu was eager to try and improve herself. She jumped in thunderstorm and improved herself to champion potential. Though I had to scold her for being so reckless.
