SERIES 1: JACKIELYNN ROSE

I WOKE UP in an unfamiliar place. I blinked my eyes a few times because my vision was still blurry but it didn't take long for it to clear up again and I looked around the area. All I could see was white, my eyebrows furrowed. 


Don't tell me I'm dead? I'm really going to kill whoever did this, including that noisy man. I turned around and looked to the side because someone shouted my name. It turned out to be just the ceiling. 


"OMG! JAKIEEEE!! YOU'RE AWAKE!!" Vicente immediately hugged me. I winced because Vicente had touched my wound. Yes, I was stabbed by a fire woman. And here I was in the hospital, I thought I was in heaven, my little girl, about to die, I got up slowly so I could see Vicente properly and he was supporting me. He called the doctor first to check on me and he just said that I was okay and all I needed was rest.
