Issue 3: the school's elite gathering

Hiri: oh god, waking up is a huge work. I have to sit up, get out of bed, pick my uniform, wear it, get my bag and go outside. Its annoying. Why can't I not do it?

Kata: get out of bed, lazy boy.

Hiri: kata!! What? Why are you here, I mean what are you doing in my room?

Kata chuckles.

Kata: have been planning for a while on how to make you happy, every member of the news club deserves to be happy and that includes you hiri, coupled with your sad background, you deserve to be really happy.

Hiri: thanks, I guess.

Hiri in his mind: I can't believe she came at this time, she's gonna see my lazy routine, and she's exaggerating the background thing.

Hiri gets to his feet and walks towards his bathroom before telling kata to go away.

Kata: oh, that's fine. Club members don't discriminate, we are free with one another. Don't worry, I will focus on other things while you take you freshen up.

Hiri throws kata out of his room, shutting the door before her.

Hiri: so annoying, why is she always at my room, I guess she has nothing to do.

The gathering:

Lori and Hyori: Oh hiri, you are here.

Hiri: hey, hi guys.

Kuri: yeah, Inoue, hiri is here already, he beats your countdown

Inoue: that's interesting. I never thought he would get here earlier than my count, guess I underestimated the lazy boy.

Kata: no, I just did what needed to be done to being him here earlier.

Lori: oh, it's the club master.

Hyori: does she has to ruin our plan like that. Now no one will take the work alone, we have to share it.

Hiri: what are you talking about? Someone taking the work alone, aren't we supposed to share it?

Kata: well, you see in the news club we have a routine called 'the clean up job', whenever we have gatherings, the work is always more, so we have a way to take care of it since it is stressful to everyone and that's by having someone do it alone. And that's the one who arrived last.

Hiri: ahh! Am the one who came last today.

Kuri laughed a little, clearly taunting hiri with it.

Kata: yes, but things changed incredibly well for you today, hiri, because Inoue said you would never make it here by 9, but I believed in you, so we made a deal that if you come here by 8: 30 then she will do the work regardless of who came last. So, you have zero work to do

Hiri: that's nice, thank you miss kata.

Hiri bows to kata.

Kata: you are welcome hiri, but call me kata, okay.

Eno: no need, I already have my dad's company fix it, so now no one is doing the work.

Lori and Hyori: yay!!

Kuri: if you say so, then that's a thing I must do.

The lady moves closer to kuri whispering in his hears while he smiles.

Hiri: womanizer! I can't belief many girls fall for him

Kata: sighs. A teenage girl's dream.

Hiri: huh?

Kata: a tall guy, with pretty face and body who doesn't talk much, a mature and understanding personality, who is also curious. No one will get more dirty secrets from the girls than him, they will want to reveal their wildest dreams and desires to him, hoping for understanding and support from him.

Hiri: so, he gets topics from the girls and you publish it. That's invasion of trust and privacy. Its not nice, you guys are mean.

Kata: gasps. You this foolish boy, it is on their own risk, they know that this is business, they come here to willingly give their wildest desires out because they want to say it, we give our clients the freedom of expressing themselves and that's it. There isn't any invasion of privacy or trust, if they don't want to open up, why do you think they are here? We simply employ people that they can easily open up to and who gets along with them and that's pretty people. So don't get the wrong idea. Kata laughs gently.

Hiri: that's kinda shady still, you must have brought in pretty faces so people will rush in to meet them. You are really evil but at least you are business smart, I give you that. And when is start using my looks, am not going to put it on me, I will simply accept my pay and put it on you.

Kata: you this hypocrite, don't be denying, you are part of our evil plans.

Hiri: no, am not doing anything evil.

Kata: yes you are since am evil and our actions are evil.

Hiri: whatever. Do other members do this, too?

Kata: nope, we have different assignment for different members. Listen up, I do the interacting stuff in my class and it's easy because am pretty and people open up to me naturally, I don't have to do much.

Hiri in his mind: she does nothing

Kata: Lori and Hyori do a joint assignment on keeping up with what's trending or big, they also get little snippets out of their class. While Inoue brings in the information and takes care of the overall business affairs, you are not going to be doing the same as kuri, you will be here to do our bidding, be nice and gentle to our customers though, with your looks you can be winning them up.

Hiri: so shady.

Now that I think of it, the news club are not so bad after all, through they are not so good too. It seems they get more notorious praise than they commit. However, am kinda into what they do next, so check it out.
