Kicked

Chapter 27

I realized that this wasn't as upsetting as I had expected. Instead, it seemed strangely enjoyable, and I looked forward to what would happen next. I was tired of waiting silently in the forest for my body to recover, and perhaps this trap would provide some of the entertainment I was looking for. Maybe I would finally find a way to die.

The man holding me threw me forcefully to the ground, while the other three gathered around me, forming a tight circle as if they were gathering around a sheep ready for slaughter.

I said to them calmly, lifting my robe to cover my chest:

"Gentlemen, I want to die, yes, but I don't want to be hurt before I die. It would be too painful for me if I didn't die after what you're going to do to me..."

Boom!

"Cough... cough"

I couldn't finish my sentence because of a powerful kick that hit me directly in the face. Some small rocks from the previous camouflage protruded from the ground, and some dirt entered my mouth. I coughed a little before a man grabbed my collar and said sharply:

"Shut up! I'll skin you alive if you say another word."

The man who kicked me in the face shouted angrily, while the three men took out a strange-looking red chain. No, it would be better to describe it as small red insects tied together to form a long chain.

One of them said as I curiously examined the chain they had taken out:

"Tie him up well and take him downstairs. Be careful he doesn't use magic."

I quickly said to clarify:

"Don't worry, I'll let you do it..."

Boom!

I was kicked again, but this time by the man who had spoken earlier. He shouted angrily, "

What are we going to do, bitch? Are you some kind of noble or something? We're not going to do it with you."

I said with a sarcastic smile, spitting out two of my broken teeth.

"Great, so what are we going to do? Are we going to play hide and seek?"

The man who had punched me smiled, while the other man wrapped the strange chain tightly around me. The smiling man came so close to my face that I could feel his hot breath, and whispered:

"I'm going to..."

"Your breath stinks, move away and then talk."

I said quickly when I smelled his foul breath, which made me feel even more nauseous. I wanted to raise my hand to cover my nose, but I remembered that my hands were tied.

Boom!

The man shouted angrily after punching me:

"I'll skin you alive, you son of a bitch!"

"Bah, there's no need to shout so loudly. I understood what you meant the first time, but your breath does stink."

I said as I spat out more blood. It seemed like I was going to be beaten all day and spit blood, but what could I do? His breath did stink!

Kayan intervened when he saw that this charade wasn't going to end anytime soon, and he was tired of my nonsense:

"Take him down and put some clothes on."

The perverted man smiled and said in a sly tone:

"I don't know where you found him, Kayan, but it looks like we got a good toy this time."

I thought about responding with a joke, but I wanted to know what they were going to do with me. So I kept quiet and laughed to myself while I studied them closely.

Boom!

"What are you laughing at, bitch? I'm going to play with you all night!"

The serious-looking man punched me in the stomach while holding the chain tightly.

Then he climbed down into the pit using a ladder that suddenly appeared from the wall of the pit after his colleague pressed something behind a rock at the edge of the pit.

I said innocently, trying to catch my breath:

"Hey, man, I didn't say anything, I was just laughing to remember an old joke."

The men didn't say anything, and the serious man didn't do anything either. It seemed as if they were tired of my talk. Am I talkative? They hurt my little heart.

I examined the hole carefully as we descended, and looked up to see the light of the sky receding further and further, as if we were diving into another world. Finally, the bottom lit up red, and we arrived in front of the door I had seen before.

What illuminated the bottom of the hole looked like a small piece of crystal, shimmering with a faint glow, but its light seemed strong enough to dispel the pitch darkness. This crystal was no ordinary crystal; it was the beating heart of a mechanism, unlike anything we had ever seen before. It drew its energy in a strange and fascinating way, defying all known laws of physics. Instead of relying on any traditional power source such as batteries or wires, it fed directly from the air around it.

Slowly but surely, it absorbs the scattered energy atoms in the atmosphere, pulling them toward it like a magnet attracts iron filings, and reshapes and transforms them within its crystalline structure. These absorbed atoms do not simply disappear; they undergo an astonishing chemical and physical process that transforms them into pure magnesium atoms. These magnesium atoms then combine in a remarkable chemical and physical form, dancing and interacting in perfect harmony to produce this light. It was not just ordinary light, but a deep, mesmerizing red light that flowed like the aurora borealis, flooding the entire bottom of the pit. This faint glow revealed the hidden details of the place, casting strange shadows on the rock walls and exposing the secrets that had long been embraced by the darkness. The more energy the crystal absorbed, the more it glowed as if it were breathing life to light the way to the unknown. The scene was majestic, both astonishing and terrifying, making one wonder: what awaits us in this depth illuminated by this mysterious crystal?

Of course, you didn't read my detailed scientific explanation carefully, did you? And I'm the one who exhausted myself by explaining how a small crystal illuminates the place!

Anyway, the men stopped in front of the metal door, and I saw two of them move slowly to either side. Each pulled out a key and inserted it into matching holes in the wall, signaling that the door was unlocked.

With a loud creak, the heavy metal door swung open. The three men stepped forward, Kayyan following cautiously behind them, through a winding, complicated passageway, then turned right, then left, then left again, then right, and so on until we reached a large room.

The room was divided by what looked like thick glass, but it was stained with strange black spots that partially obscured the view. Suddenly, a strange smell wafted into my nose, prompting me to raise my head to look at the center of the room.

"Tie him to the chair securely. Kayyan, let's go get the tools," said the serious-looking man sharply as I was pulled by the crooked man to the center of the room, where I saw what looked like a chair with thick, multiple straps.

The serious man said sharply as I was dragged by the perverted man to the center of the room, where I saw what looked like a chair with thick, multiple straps, and next to it a table with sharp tools glistening ominously.

"Guys, guys. I don't like being tied up, but I'll let you try this once."

I said as I squirmed and struggled a little against what was happening, but soon found myself tightly bound to the chair.

Zzz!

The straps were tightened around my body, and the red chain, made of those strange insects, remained in a tight grip on me. I quickly said,

"Take it easy, guys. My body is sensitive and weak... Mmmmm."

The perverted man said with a creepy smile as he stuffed a piece of cloth into my mouth to silence me.

"Shut up. I'll deal with you myself later today."

The men disappeared for a moment, then returned, but only two of them came back. They were dressed in what looked like yellow uniforms, with long, pointed triangular helmets covering their eyes with dark glass and a strap securing the helmet under their chins. They looked ridiculous as if they were going to a kindergarten birthday party instead of entering a room where a handsome young man like me was tied to a chair, awaiting an unknown fate.

I recognized Kayyan, who was still limping even after putting on this strange outfit, and the other man, who was probably the serious one because he looked as big as him.

I raised my eyebrows, wondering what they were going to do, but it didn't take a genius to understand the situation.

The sharp tools on the table, the chair I was tied to, and even the black bloodstains on the glass made everything clear.

Yes, blood. I recognized the smell as soon as I approached the chair I was tied to.
