[Your next teacher will be... Izuru Kamakura!]

As soon as she said that information flooded my mind about Izuru Kamakura and I have only one thing to say.

Guru really knew the best teachers for me.

Named after the founder of Hope's Peak Acadamy, Izuru Kamukura is an alternate identity of Hajime Hinata, a talentless student whose obsession with Hope's Peak Academy led him to be used in the "Ultimate Hope Project", which wiped his original personality and replaced it with the constructed persona of Izuru Kamukura.

Izuru is canonically perfect. He was created as a result of the Kamukura project. He has every known talent to man at the pinnacle level of what is humanly possible.

Soon, the world began to change around me and it wasn't some dojo or bedroom, but a classroom with a single desk and a chalkboard at the front. In front of me was Izuru Kamakura himself as he was sitting on the desk in front of him looking at me with his emotionless red eyes and his long black hair partially covering his face.

I didn't know how to respond so I just said, "Uhhhh, hi."

Izuru didn't respond at first only looking at me with his eyes and then he got off the desk walked to the chalkboard and grabbed a chalk and said, "So you want to learn under me, well the first lesson is going to be about Literary, Languages, and Social Science."

I didn't even have time to respond before he began his lesson. I then began to take notes in the notebook at my desk.

...

Despite Izuru's lack of empathy and his robotic teaching methods, he was a highly effective teacher. We began with easy things such as math, history, English, and other basic subjects. As I learned more and more from him I began to get curious as I usually wouldn't be able to learn this fast, but within just a few hours I learned k-12 education and to me it seemed so simple so it must either be Izuru's incredible skill at teaching or Guru is boosting my comprehension rate.

'Hey Guru how come I'm able to learn all the things that Izuru's teaching me? I mean I get that he has the talent of being a teacher, but even then the student must be able to understand it themselves, yet I'm capable of doing it, while I might have above average intelligence I'm not super-genius smart so what gives?

[Simple actually, I'm just boosting your mind. I'm improving your abstract thinking, giving you a photographic memory, improving your problem-solving skills, accelerated learning, unparalleled creativity, extended mental stamina, multiple trains of thought, and a heightened processing speed.]

'Is it permanent?'

If it was then my life would be so much easier if I was a genius polymath. After all Batman is considered one of the smartest people in the DC Universe.

[Well, currently it's only a temporary boost and it's gone once the training ends.]

'Oh man that sucks.'

[Don't worry as the shard in charge of studying and learning all martial arts techniques and other ways of fighting for future cycles and being able to summon anyone to teach you anything. I can't have my host be stupid as after all a regular person takes years to master one thing and us Shards want [DATA] so being slow earns you a lot of hatred. That's why despite the mental boost being temporary I'm slowly improving your brain to what your body can handle. Soon you will become a super-genius without the boost.]

'Awesome!'

While it might take some time at least I'm going to become a guaranteed super-genius it's much better than having only a temporary boost to learn everything and lose that boost, but still know how to do all the things learned.

As I was busy talking to Guru in my head Izuru noticed that I wasn't paying attention to his lesson and so flicked a piece of chalk at my forehead. It made me focus up and Izuru said, "Focus on my lesson" then got back to teaching. I didn't say anything and just started taking notes.

Izuru truly was a talented person as after finishing all the basic courses of math, history, English, and other school courses, he started teaching me different lessons such as parkour, painting, and making balloons and turning them into shapes. For every lesson that Izuru taught, the Arena changed to something suitable for me to learn the skill that Izuru was going to teach such as an urban area for parkour and a room for painting and balloon modelling.

Each lesson was incredibly long as Izuru didn't move on to the next lesson till he deemed that I fully mastered it. Every time he does a lesson he breaks it down first into theoretical and explanation, then he starts showing it then makes me do it with him and for the final one he makes me do it all on my own with challenges and tasks and once I proved myself he moves on to the next lesson.

I'm not sure how long I spent at the Arena, but I new it was pretty long as there many things to learn and master under Izuru even with the mental boost.

Izuru split his lessons into different applications. I first learned Literary, Languages, and Social Science, then Management & Strategy, Media, Design, Art, and Performing Art, Physical/Sports & Martial Arts, Science & Medicine, Household, and Preternatural.

I learned everything related to these and their applications and I didn't move on till I fully mastered it's fundamentals and be able to apply them effectively.

Each application was very long and detailed as I had to learn and master everything that is related to it. Though, it helped that Izuru was a great teacher, the mental boost, and the time dilatation to help speed things up.

I was currently in the Physical/Sports & Martial Arts application and Izuru truly is skilled despite never showing it in his appearances in media. Izuru displayed his martial prowess as he destroyed trees with kicks, chopping stone with one hand, and performing acrobatics that should not be possible, but he is.

I had a much easier time in this application as Master Kirigi helped me make my body into a weapon and I had already mastered numerous fighting styles both armed and unarmed. Though, it wasn't enough as Izuru helped me refine more of my skills and taught me more ways of fighting.

I admit that Master Kirigi was an amazing teacher and taught me many styles of combat and even the Vibrating Palm technique, but Izuru knew every style of combat, sport, and pretty much anything relating to physical, sports, and martial arts. He taught me every weapon, every martial art, every sport, refined my physical body even more improving my stamina, awareness, agility, and more.

I mastered all of them and soon Izuru moved on to Science and Medicine. Izuru was... well a very skilled scientist, inventor, mechanic, engineer, and pretty much anything relating to science and medicine. I would say if he was in a comic book world he would be one of the greatest.

In my science lessons with Izuru it was actually pretty interesting and fun. Under his tutelage I learned many basic sciences such as chemistry, physics, biology, and anatomy.

I think under my favorite parts is where he taught me how to make use of my resources and inventing stuff. As I mastered all the sciences that Izuru taught me I was able to make various things such as robotic eagles whose eyes can shoot laser beams, power granting drugs, armors that can be portable and be able to cover the user quickly like the Mark V Iron Man Armor, and more.

Izuru's science lesson is going to help me the most when I eventually design my own gear to become The Batman.

It was then time to move on to household and honestly, it was the easisest as it was basically taking care of a home so I learned cleaning, different types of cooking styles, maintenance of a house, and more. It was the easiest and fastest to learn.

Now it was time for my final lesson which is Preternatural studies. Preternatural means beyond what is normal or natural. Which is basically anything that is paranormal that violates natural law. If I had to give an example it would be like the SCP Foundation scientists who literally study and record this phenomenon.

Izuru taught me many things such as demonology, angelology, the study of time travel, understanding monsters, and pretty much anything related to the supernatural world. His lessons were more textbook lessons like reading about them and learning them, instead of studying and dissecting them, but I still learned a lot as every thing has a weakness even the Supernatural. Since this world is an AU where supernatural creatures do exist then this will help me a lot as I know their weaknesses and how to exploit them.

...

Now it was time for my training to end with Izuru, he taught me pretty much everything and I mastered all of it thanks to his teaching talent depsite his emotionless feelings and the mental boost.

Izuru despite teaching me everything he knew still didn't even feel anything towards me despite spending years together.

I looked at him one last time and I bowed and said, "Thank you for everything Sensei."

Izuru didn't even nod or looked happy he still wore his blank expression and then the area surrounding me and Izuru began to glitch out of existence and they did returning me to old room.

'How long did I stay in the Arena.'

[You stayed there for years actually. It's been about 5 years in there while only a few hours passed in the real world.]

Huh, that mental boost must have been a big one if I pretty much I learned talent and skill mankind has at the pinnacle of what is humanly possible in just 5 years.

[So what now? Do you want to summon another teacher to expand and refine everything you learned?]

'I do.'

[Alright! Now what do you currently want to focus on right now?]

'Science. I want to refine my scientific and inventing skills.'

[Wanting to refine your scientific skills even though you have reached the peak of science of what is humanly possible?]

'Yes I do.'

[Alright now let's find you a teacher to help refine your science skills to go above and beyond. Hmmm... Aha! I found the perfect teacher to help you with your science skills.]

'Oh who is it?'

I was kinda excited at who my new science teacher will be. Even though Izuru taught me science to the peak of what is humanly possible I wanted to go further and improve it.

[Your next teacher will be...]

Author's Note: The third chapter of his training arc is finished! When I chose Izuru to be his teacher. He was basically the foil to explain why Ren could do what he do and it was because of Izuru's teachings as he literally embodies talent so he has every skill and talent mankind posses and when he taught Ren, he literally taught him everything at the pinnacle of human mastery.

The next few chapters will now be about refining all the skills he learned and improve it. Comment more teachers that will be good for Ren.
