They didn't linger much longer.
As lunchtime approached, Raven finished the red tea in his cup in one gulp.
"Then Airmid, we'll leave you to your work. I'm taking Lady Hestia out for a stroll."
"Alright."
Airmid stood up to see them off.
However—
Just as Hestia stepped out of the room, Raven, who was following behind, leaned in and whispered quietly.
"I'll come see you tonight."
"Huh? What time? Where should we meet?"
A hint of delight showed on Airmid's elegant face, her beautiful eyes glimmering with anticipation.
Raven thought for a moment.
After a short pause, he spoke in a low, intimate voice: "Wait for me in your room."
"Around midnight, I'll appear right in front of you."
Now that he had spatial magic, it was only natural to make full use of it.
"M-My room??"
Airmid blinked in surprise, her long lashes fluttering slightly.
"I'm not messing around. Just warm up the bed and wait for me."
Leaving that behind—
Raven caught up to Hestia.
They walked out the storefront and into the open.
"Yoo~ Raven-kun~"
"You sure seem pretty close with that pretty shopkeeper girl, huh?"
Hestia drawled teasingly, her sharp eyes narrowing in amusement.
"Maybe just because I visit her store often to exchange materials. We became familiar that way."
"Oh, but… I do quite like that healer lady too~"
"Really?"
"Yeah, but I like you more, Raven-kun."
Hestia chuckled softly.
Their next destination was—
The Guild headquarters for adventurers.
It didn't take long before they arrived at the main building—
The Pantheon.
It was midday.
And for some reason, there were more adventurers here than usual.
Just as they entered the white marble hall and were about to head to the exchange counter—
"…Raven-kun."
Eina, sitting at one of the service windows, immediately noticed him.
"I'll go exchange some magic stones first, then come see you."
Raven waved to her.
"…Eh? Raven-kun, who's that half-elf girl with the glasses?"
Hestia asked, puzzled.
"Hello, you must be Lady Hestia, right?"
"I'm Eina Tulle, Raven-kun's advisor from the Guild."
Eina introduced herself politely.
Her eyes curved into crescent moons as a sweet smile blossomed on her face.
In the world of Orario—
Most deities were viewed like parental figures by their Familia.
After all, gods bestowed Falna upon mortals, allowing them to build their own households.
So generally speaking, every deity was treated with the utmost respect.
At the exchange counter nearby—
Raven turned in all the magic stones in his storage, exchanging them for 3.1 million valis.
This already included the 5% fee taken by the Guild for advisor services.
That amounted to about 155,000 valis.
As Raven's exclusive advisor, Eina likely earned 100,000 from this transaction.
Raven's total assets now sat at 900,016,683,952 valis.
A moment later—
They entered one of the Guild's consultation rooms.
"Congratulations, Raven-kun. You've officially received the title 'Heavenly Demon Lord.'"
Eina congratulated him first, then served exquisite red tea to both him and Hestia.
"It's all thanks to Lady Hestia that I got such a badass title."
"Ha…haha… Well, I did promise you, so I had to follow through."
Hestia scratched her head sheepishly, a bit flustered.
To be honest—
If not for the unified support from Orario's two powerhouses—Loki and Freya—
Even if Hestia brought along Takemikazuchi, Miach, and Hephaistos…
Raven probably still would've ended up with some embarrassing title like "Little Rookie."
Raven took a sip of his tea, then looked up and asked:
"Eina, does the Guild currently have any facilities available for rent?"
"There are still some floors in Babel Tower."
(Note: Apologies, the setting was previously mistaken.
In Orario, all facilities are publicly owned and managed by the Guild—
Places like Twilight Manor, Silver Moon Manor, Astrea's Garden, taverns, and inns are rented to Familias or merchants by the Guild.
They are not private properties of the Familia.)
"Ah, Raven-kun, are you looking to rent something?"
Eina gave him a surprised look.
Raven nodded.
"I'm considering it."
"Now that I've got the money, I can't keep living in some rundown ruin."
"I see, you want to improve your living conditions."
Eina adjusted her glasses, quickly catching on to his intent.
"What's your budget? I'll recommend the most cost-effective options."
Hestia stayed silent.
All the savings she'd accumulated barely totaled 400,000 valis, which wouldn't get her far.
Raven curled his thumb and index finger into a gesture, forming a "9."
"900,000?"
Eina guessed.
Raven shook his head.
"9 million?"
She sighed and guessed again.
"Close, but you got the last word wrong."
"It's billion, not million."
Raven spoke casually.
"Wha—?"
Eina slapped both hands on the desk, gasping.
"Ni—Ninety… Nine hundred billion!?"
Hestia's eyes went wide in shock, completely losing her composure.
Even though she knew he was good at making money—
She never imagined that in just a few days, his net worth would cross the hundreds of billions.
And…
He was almost at a trillion.
As both girls stared at him in stunned silence—
Raven slowly sipped his tea, calm as ever.
"So…"
"I'd like to know—does the Guild still have any available floors in Babel Tower?"
Eina took a few deep breaths.
After collecting herself, she replied, "Y-Yes, we do."
"Raven-kun, please wait a moment. I'll get a supervisor to come discuss with you."
"Sure."
Raven understood that this wasn't something Eina had authority over.
This kind of transaction required someone from upper management.
Soon after, Eina bolted out the room, clearly shaken.
After she left—
Hestia finally recovered from her stunned state and quietly asked:
"Raven-kun… how in the world did you earn so much money?"
