A gaping rift had torn open where the Vault of Storms awaited, its crackling entrance framed by forked lightning and a storm-ravaged field littered with jagged crystal spires. The energy here was different—hostile, ancient.
Kael stood at the edge, Evelyne and Selene flanking him.
Selene looked radiant—almost divine.
A shimmering lunar aura surrounded her. In her hands, twin daggers pulsed with shadowlight, their curved blades etched with celestial runes.
