"Hannah," I corrected him automatically. My new name still felt strange on my tongue, but it was mine—a choice I had made for myself.
"Fine. Hannah." He spat the name like it tasted bitter. "You don't know what you're getting into."
Sera leaned against the small kitchenette counter, her rainbow hair catching the dim light. She seemed completely unbothered by the conflict unfolding in her home.
