"Doctor, I would like to apply for a job here." The woman asked Jacob Ye.
"Work?" Jacob looked at her in surprise. He closed the book and said, "This is a clinic. It's fine if you know medicine. Otherwise, I'm afraid it'll be difficullt."
"No matter what kind of job it is, as long as I can stay here, any job will be fine. I can sweep and cook," the woman said sincerely.
"Why do you have to stay here?" Jacob asked curiously.
"I don't know. I just feel safe when I am here." The woman said, while not entirely sure herself.
Jacob immediately understood. It was because her husband's spirit had stopped here before. Perhaps it was because she could feel her husband's presence here so she felt that this place was special.
Jacob glanced at her and suddenly thought of something. "What's your birth date?"
The woman hesitated for a moment and then reported her birth date. Jacob immediately understood. "So that's how it is."
