"You have guts..." Jacob gave him a thumbs-up. "Are you interested in coming with me? I promise you'll lead a happy life. You have a sense of justice. Otherwise, you wouldn't have protected those spirits."
"What do you do?" the man asked.
"I'm a doctor." Jacob smiled faintly.
"A doctor? It's boring. If you were an assassin or a mercenary, living a life full of fights and bloodshed, I might be interested. I was a soldier and had been looking forward to an action-packed life." The man shook his head.
"I promise that you will lead an action-packed life." Jacob smiled slightly and said, "Why don't you try coming with me for a few days. If you don't like it, I will bring you back here."
"Really?" the man asked.
"Of course."
"Well, I haven't left this d*mn place for more than ten years. I'll take it as a vacation." The big man nodded.
"Go in. What's your name?"
Jacob asked, taking out a copper coin.
"You can call me Brock," the man said as he went into Jacob's copper coin.
