Susan was now a practitioner in the Divine Cauldron Chamber. Whilst she had a sufficient grasp of the fundamental theories and knowledge, she severely lacked experience, so Jacob told her to tag along with Molly's second grandfather for a period of time as his disciple.
Jacob quickly put himself together and entered the hall with Susan.
At Mr. Tao's desk, there was a young woman with a child in her arms. Seated next to her was a middle-aged woman, seemingly the mother-in-law.
The baby looked to be about a month old. She was crying profusely and kept twisting and turning in the woman's arms. The young woman was telling Mr. Tao something behind a veil of tears.
"Young Jacob, there you are." Mr. Tao quickly got up from his seat and greeted the woman, "Come now, let Doctor Ye have a look."
"Are you Doctor Ye? Please take a look at my child. She has been crying for two days and two nights!" the young woman pleaded.
