"Nope, it's my first time here too. A foodie I know recommended this place to me, saying that the barbeque here is amazing. So I thought to bring you along." Jacob beamed at her.


"Could you please tell me who this foodie is?" Susan enquired, a trace of mischief in her eyes. 


"You... Don't have to know. Just wait for our meal to be served." Jacob grinned at her.


There weren't many customers in the restaurant at that time, hence it didn't take long for their meal to be served. They also ordered two beers and a juice.


The color and scent of the meat were amazing. The caramelized portions on the meat were as if it was glazed by honey. It was mouth watering. 


"It looks amazing," Susan commented as she peeled off a piece of the meat carefully before placing it in her mouth. Her expression brightened immediately.


It definitely lived up to its reputation. The meat was tender and bursting with a wide assortment of flavours.
