"I know, Doctor Ye. You too. Take care." Silica nodded.
"I'm going to see Miss Hsueh. You can go ahead with your stuff." Jacob waved to her and then walked into the elevator.
Tina's office was on the sixth floor. He took the elevator to the sixth floor, then turned left and walked to her office. There was a clerk at the office's door. Seeing him, she stood up and said with a smile, "Hello, Doctor Ye."
He nodded and said, "Is Miss Hsueh in the office?"
"Yes, Doctor Ye, please go in," the clerk said.
He pushed the door open and went in. He was surprised to find that there was no one in the room and Tina was not in the office.
"Miss Hsueh is not in. Are you sure she came to the office?" He had a bad feeling, so he turned to the clerk at the front desk and asked.
"Not in? That's impossible. Miss Hsueh went in less than ten minutes ago, but I didn't see her come out." The clerk stood up in surprise. When she walked to the door and found no one in the office, her expression changed.
