Almost at the same time when Jacob pulled her away, a cold light flashed and a man in black robe appeared out of thin air like a ghost. He held a sword, which was glowing, in his hand.


With the appearance of the man in the black robe, the faint sound of footsteps was heard from all directions. Six men in black came over and surrounded Jacob.


These men all wore black masks. They looked like assassins in a martial arts drama. Only their eyes could be seen. When Jacob looked at each of them in the eyes, his heart sank.


They were all Reaper Soldiers. Their eyes were almost all white, and their pupils were only the size of a needle tip. They looked extremely scary.


One of the men in black moved. The long sword in his hand was an overbearing force as he slashed at Jacob. As he moved, the remaining six men in black pointed their swords forward. They quickly formed groups of two. Then, the long swords in their hands came at Jacob.
