"What's in the distance?" Quinnlan asked as she pointed to the Snow Mountain in the distance.
"That's a mountain...." Macie said.
"What's at the foot of the mountain?" Quinnlan asked.
Macie thought of the blue water under the Snow Mountain that never froze. She replied, "There's water."
"What's the reflection in the water?" Quinnlan asked again.
"The inverted image of the Snow Mountain," Macie replied.
"Is it really the Snow Mountain?" Quinnlan questioned.
"It's not real, it's just an inverted image," Macie answered.
"You see, you can only see the image displayed on the surface. You are still young and inexperienced," Quinnlan said. "Taoists focus on peace and inaction. There's no one sadder than me because of your junior sister's passing. However, if you look at it from another perspective, there was a calamity in her life."
