After some threatening, the Northstar Group was finally brought in line. Jacob knew that some of them were unwilling to give in, but at least, the situation had been dealt with. Handling them all at once would result in adverse effects. It was better to settle and get rid of them slowly without them knowing like boiling frogs.
Having learned from the three, the others were much more well-behaved. Heather and Jacob strolled around the headquarters of the Northstar Group and familiarized themselves with every department of the company. Jacob looked at the time and found that it was noon. After declining the senior executives' offer for a meal, Jacob and Heather left the building together.
"Now that it's dealt with, it's all up to you. I'm used to being an irresponsible manager. I'm not as skilful in business operations as you. You can give me a call whenever you need someone to be beaten up," Jacob said.
