Cassidy's cell phone rang and she picked up the phone. She heard a voice coming from the other end of the line: "It's been confirmed. Just now, Jacob came out from Menzen's."
"I see." She hung up the phone with a mocking smile on her face.
By the time Jacob returned to the hotel, it was already early in the morning. Heather was wearing a nightgown, and she had yet to rest.
"Don't wait for me anymore." He smiled.
"I can't sleep if you don't wait for you to come back." She stood up from the sofa and sat down in front of him.
"Then when I wasn't by your side, how did you sleep?" he asked.
"I slept in no time, because I might see you in my dreams." She giggled.
"What kind of dreams?" he asked doubtfully.
"Of course it's an erotic dream, what else." She rolled her eyes at him.
He smiled wryly and said, "You're one rotten woman."
"You're one to talk!" She rolled her eyes at him and then leaned into his embrace. "What kind of agreement have you reached with Menzen?"
