"I have come to a conclusion that the sudden syncope is just one of the many symptoms of low energy in the patient's liver," he answered.
"What low energy? Is that all you can come up with as a doctor? He has syncope. What does that have to do with the liver? How are you even a doctor?" Gaeton mocked.
"This is my conclusion, and you're not in the place to judge." Jacob glanced at him.
