"I know Franco. He's not as heartless as you are." Zorion sneered. "He might not be as smart as you are, but he has something you don't have... A genuine heart."
"This idiot?" Hantel pointed towards Franco who was lying on the floor, unconscious. "He's an idiot who excels at nothing, and you're claiming that he's a better person than me?"
"Yes, he is a better person, a hundred times better than you. The biggest mistake I've ever made was to accept you as my disciple, and then placing my trust in you unconditionally," Zorion said calmly.
"Do you regret it now?" Hantel sneered.
"Yes, I regret it now. I regret so much that I'd rather die." Zorion nodded.
"You have taught us so many times that there's no medicine for regrets, and it's hard to turn around once we've made a decision. That's the principle I've been holding on to." Hantel laughed. "Master, let's be honest. Have you ever trusted me?"
"I have. I trusted you until Jacob's incident," Zorion stated.
