This fish leaped out of the water. It was sprinting towards Irene with its notable four limbs under the belly.
Irene spared no gaze to the mutated fish as she was in a dejected mood. She casted the stone in her hand and with a swoosh sound, the small stone was embedded into the mutated fish's head.
The mutated fish fell to the ground with a thud and remained motionless after several thrusting. Black fluid seeped out of its body and accompanied with it was a strong malicious fishy odour.
"Why are you here alone? Are you not aware of the danger?" Jacob took a spot next to Irene.
"I just wanted to calm down and give you some space. Is it my fault for not disturbing your moment?" She rolled her eyes at him and continued to twindle with the stone in her hand.
"There is absolutely nothing between me and her." He smiled bitterly.
