"I don't believe it. She won't kill me," Aisya stated.
"She is not a human being, is she?" Jacob asked.
Aisya was silent for a moment, but because of that silence, she had already acquiesced to Jacob's words. She suddenly felt her throat tighten, and then she fell to the ground with a thud.
Her figure was dragged forward, like a rope had wound itself tightly around her neck.
Jacob quickly stepped forward. He grabbed the void with his right hand, and an invisible line was caught in his hand. He shouted in a low voice and exerted force with his hands. Then, the line was twisted off by him.
However, as he twisted the string, a flame suddenly appeared in front of him from a crack in the underground rock. Then, a ball of fire rose into the sky, and a sturdy figure appeared from the fire, as if it appeared out of thin air.
