"Jacob, why did you help me?" Loretta bit her lip and asked while staring at him.
"If I say there is no reason, would you believe it?" Jacob smiled slightly.
"I don't believe it. Nowadays, people value their interests more than anything else. I don't believe that you will help me for no reason. Tell me, what do you want?" Loretta looked at Jacob and said, "I have nothing but my body."
Looking at her serious expression, Jacob suddenly felt funny. He wanted to tease that woman.
"Do you think it's better to climb into my bed or the old man's bed?" Jacob asked.
"Yours," Loretta answered after thinking for a while.
"Why?" Jacob asked, "You don't like me, so why would you do that?"
"Because I don't hate you." Loretta said, "Also, my aunt is right. Women born in our family don't have the right to choose how they live on their own. We were born to be like zombies."
"So you accept your fate?" Jacob asked.
