"Is that so?" Miabella lifted her head and looked at Jacob.
"Of course. I cannot break the large formation, so there's no way I can take him away." Jacob was earnest.
"Well, let me think about it." She tilted her head in thought.
She hesitated for a while before saying, "But I'd be breaking my promise then."
"Your promise was not to let anyone take him away." Jacob grinned as he said, "It doesn't mean not allowing anyone to see him."
"Oh... seems to be the case," Miabella contemplated aloud and nodded ever so slightly.
"I understand that the elder inside isn't your enemy. Don't you feel a sliver of sympathy seeing him suffer?" Seeing her giving in, Jacob continued, "So, take me to him. I guarantee nothing will go awry."
"Alright, but you have to ensure that aside from observing him, you won't do anything else. Otherwise, I will leave you there as well." Miabella was finally convinced by Jacob, nodding in agreement.
