"You can't actually think the two Dragon Kings are idiots?" Eldrege hissed. "If they were that easy to oppose, they would have been elbowed from their place in the underwater world long ago."
"Well, the substantial troops in your hands are a fact—don't you plan to do something with them?" Jacob asked with a smile.
"I don't want to, and it wouldn't make a difference if I did." Eldrege shook his head as he sighed. "It's not that easy."
"There are only so many things in this world that can trouble you." Jacob laughed. "You just don't want to cross certain lines, that's all."
"What you said is correct, I certainly don't want to cross certain lines." Eldrege did not deny it. He muttered to himself, "You just haven't yet fully understood the extent of the Dragon Kings' tactics."
"They are definitely not as reckless and thoughtless as they appear on the surface. If they were, they would have been taken down a long time ago."
