In the blink of an eye, several days passed.
Above the dome of the sky, big snowflakes akin to goose feathers showered down, the surrounding filled with darkness from all directions.
In the darkness, repeated low growls of various wild beasts could be heard. If it weren't for the fearless nature of people like Michael, an ordinary person would have been scared stiff staying in this perilous snow-filled night.
Michael, however, was not in the least bit scared but rather surprised. It had been over a day since the onset of nightfall, yet there was not even the slightest sign of dawn approaching.
"Is this place like the Arctic and Antarctic regions, having a special climate where darkness lasts for several days, even hundreds of days?" Michael posed this question curiously, almost subconsciously.
"The Arctic and Antarctic regions?"
Longshan, upon hearing his murmuring, wore a puzzled expression.
