(Alternative title: I Can Cut Through Anything)
...
After dying from overwork, Riven is reincarnated into a war-torn world where holy power and arcane magic clash for dominance. Born into poverty and orphaned at twelve, he survives with his younger sister by scavenging weapons from the corpses of fallen soldiers.
That is, until he finds a gravely wounded woman in front of his house.
Moved by a strange sense of compassion, Riven saves her life—unaware that she is the infamous Mad Queen, a ruthless monarch who slaughtered her entire royal bloodline.
In return for his kindness, she teaches him how to wield a sword—an art that awakens a terrifying power within him: the ability to cut through anything.
But power comes at a cost. Her gaze shifts from gratitude to obsession. And now, bound by a twisted marriage to a queen whose love is as dangerous as her blade, Riven must decide: will he run from her... or embrace the madness she offers?

Author's Note
Hi everyone, I’m a new author here.
To be honest, I got tired of the same old harem tropes—stories where the male lead collects girls like trophies without any real emotional depth. So I decided to write something different.
This is a dark fantasy romance centered around one woman only: a yandere queen whose love is as dangerous as her power.
Yes, the story contains R-rated scenes—expect some heat.
But it’s not just about that.
This novel will dive into:
Deep character development,
The twisted yet intimate relationship between Riven and the Queen.
Royal politics and war,
And Riven’s journey to become the strongest swordsman in the world.
As a beginner, I genuinely welcome any feedback, comments, or even low ratings. Whether you give me five stars or just one, it’ll help me improve and I truly appreciate it.
Thank you for reading.
I hope you enjoy the madness.
49 chapters read, review: - First, I want to thank the author for leaving so many chapters free. - Let's talk about the novel. So far, it's turning out to be a very entertaining story. The narrative is very good, neither dwelling on useless details nor straying into irrelevant thoughts. The main characters are well-developed and fit what is expected based on their age, status, and past. Their romance is being developed, and the chemistry between Riven and Ashtoria is developing at a pace that's neither slow nor fast. I'm curious to see how Mira's character will evolve. Currently, I see Riven (MC) as a good main character. So far, she hasn't been a character who awakens anything in the reader... we're also at the beginning of the novel, and it would be wise to wait. There's no system, and he's invested in becoming stronger. I suspect the MC could be someone special, someone related to the gods perhaps. As for the rest, there's little to say. Little by little, details of the world are becoming known. For now, I'm giving it four stars and all I can say is that I RECOMMEND IT. Depending on how the story develops, I'll change my rating or not. Author, you're writing a very good novel. I'll be watching its development closely.
good one don't stop please///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
I really love it. I may be a bit biased Becoz I love swords and mc is a pure swordsman. For me, a great read, can’t wait for more
Good book, has potential waiting for the new chapters
I just caught up to the latest chapter, and I have to say I’m really enjoying it—even though the story is still in its early stages. If you're into obsessive/yandere-type girls and prefer stories without harems, this one is perfect
unlike most novels of this genre, this one is way more a story than an escape. proper story development may make this novel seem a little slow, but it is already being rewarded and the novel has only just started
Brother, this is fabulous! I wasn't expecting this story to be so good! Congratulations, author. Keep posting more! Both here on WN and on other platforms.
ik there won't be but still for safety purposes I want to confirm. Author is there NTR orYuri?
