Chapter 126 - Blackmail and Wedding Dress Control
Clairemont's POV
"Mom, you cannot be serious about living just to sabotage everything I want!" Clairemont's voice echoed through the hallway as she confronted her bedridden mother.
Natalie pressed a trembling hand to her forehead, her voice barely audible. "Darling, please lower your voice. This headache is splitting my skull open."
"I don't give a damn about your headache!" Clairemont's shout was even louder this time before she whirled around and marched out, her heels clicking aggressively against the hardwood floor.
Clairemont glanced up from his phone as his daughter burst into the living room, throwing herself onto the leather couch beside him with dramatic flair. Her face was flushed with anger, her arms crossed tightly over her chest.
"Princess, what has you so fired up?" he asked, setting his device aside to focus on his obviously distressed daughter.
